DRAMA: PAYSERVE....you Are Deadbeats!! Pay Up Now!
 

In my opinion, PAYSERVE are complete deadbeats! They owe money for our services and willingly refuse to pay for them.

I have NEVER called anyone out on the boards like this...but their new CEO's response (I'll post) to my repeated requests to pay the outstanding balances and simply close out the account was met with a "I'm not gonna pay you" attitude.

After having done business with Payserve for serveral years, both providing them content for their sites and sending them traffic. I have to say this attitude from the "So-called" CEO of Payserve Peter was down right wrong and has left me with a VERY NEGATIVE IMPRESSION of both Peter and PAYSERVE!

I have tried to get them to pay for several months via proper channels but they have continually made up lame and nonsensical excuses as to why they should not be held responsible to pay the remaining invoices. Therefore, I call BULLSHIT!

In my opinion, PAYSERVE is completely unprofessional and are thieves. :321GFY :321GFY :321GFY :mad: :mad: :mad:

That's horrible, especially after having a relationship for many years. I really hope they settle what's owed...

They used to be top notch. Now since this new guy Peter took over they are not honoring any of their past commitments with us. Our agreement is very clear and we have had a long standing relationship with PAYSERVE for years. Just based on goodwill you would think if they were such "TOP NOTCH" gus they would just pay up since its not a huge amount of money for a company their size.

As affiliate I never had problems with payments from payserve. 5th year now.

None of us like to get to the point with a client or colleague that our only recourse is to call them out in a public forum.

I am kind of disturbed by this since I have my european merchant account through them. Hope this is not the beginning of a pattern for them. Hopefully someone there is paying attention and will prevent an exodus of business by honoring all their obligations in our network.

Virtualxs is independant from payserve....The ceo of payserve has nothing todo with the merchant processing..

IMC is the "mother" company...Payserve/photorama/virtualxs etc are their "child' companies(as far as I am informed)

As a sign of goodfaith I would have contined to offer service while they got their house in order... but after the terrible correspondence I received from their man Peter. It was obvious they had no intention of honoring any contracts so we terminated service.

Wow this is just crazy. I will avoid them in future business!

Never thought I would see this. Mike never calls anyone out. Payserve has always had a good rep, but seems like things are not the same. Anyone from Payserve going to comment?

Payserve I know as a good company, so I am sure the new ones in charge will follow suit and do what they need to do and pay what they owe.

Mike I hope you get paid. You don't deserve this.
