Is $26,533 per month a lot of money to you?

Discuss. To some people, this isn't enough to pay all their bills and obligations. To others it's a lot of money.

What do you think?

artman 12-06-2005 10:10 AM

gross or net?

Anthony 12-06-2005 10:11 AM

No it's not. 7 years ago, it was.

The problem is getting used to that and more, and not saving up your money when the eventual money train ends, and you have to wait for the next one to come along.

Jakke PNG 12-06-2005 10:11 AM

It's good money if net.. sufficient if gross

spacedog 12-06-2005 10:12 AM

If I made that per month, I'd be as happy as a pig rolling in shit
That's around 10k less than what I made per year til I got fired last week

StuartD 12-06-2005 10:12 AM

and now for some realism in this thread... yes. that is a lot of money.

who 12-06-2005 10:13 AM

I'd be VERY happy with it. Fuck you all :(

zipprice 12-06-2005 10:15 AM

for me its a lot

Anthony 12-06-2005 10:15 AM

I have affiliates who make double that in a week, and they are the middle to top of the food chain.

I shot some of them this thead, they find the answers interesting, especially from those who run programs.

toddler 12-06-2005 10:17 AM

Net, sure. Gross, well, it depends on expenses. Without knowing that, the question has no meaning.

NickJ 12-06-2005 10:17 AM

For me it is the same if I am broke or I am rich. I always leverage whatever I have to make more. 27k a month is chump change today.

Lykos 12-06-2005 10:17 AM

Well for me it is quite a lot of money
i dont make that much per month,so yeah i guess it is a lot for every normal life ;)

Libertine 12-06-2005 10:18 AM

Yeah, it is a decent amount.

gornyhuy 12-06-2005 10:25 AM

Violetta 12-06-2005 10:27 AM

Nightwind 12-06-2005 10:27 AM

I could live like a king with that.

It's mainstream, and invite only.

If you got that traffic, shoot me a msg on icq 21239908.

xclusive 12-06-2005 10:30 AM

That would be very good money for me as I like to live a simple life and have my house paid off already

mrthumbs 12-06-2005 10:31 AM

net just about right gross id be flipping burgers instead

cool1 12-06-2005 10:31 AM

Tidy little sum for a month, be better if it was per week or even bi weekly though

Nickatilynx 12-06-2005 10:32 AM

27k....hmmmm netting $1000 a day to the average poster on this board I would guess would be "big pimping" LOL

27k a month net to the veteran traffic whores? Chump change.....OK , when I net 20k in a day from sending traffic I admit I smile a little. :)

And as for some affiliate programs.....multiply that a few times and thats what they net a day....

Most of the people on this board really have little to no idea who the real "playas" are and can't even hazard a guess at what they pull down , day in , day out...

Stop tormenting the POVs Anthony...

;-))

Okay... okay...

It was when dealing with a mortgage company. For some reason they only count SOME income and not other income. I have no idea why. But of all of my income that's the part that counts. I don't get it, though. They won't count, for example, small checks from sponsors if they're not above a certain amount, even though all those smaller sponsor checks add up to a significant number when combined. They won't count this, or that. But they will count THIS over here or that over there.

Basically that's the number they decided on to count as an overall monthly average over the last 12 months when determining what qualifies me for their loan. We just went through this, as I was the co-signer on a house Belinda purchased last month...

BradShaw 12-06-2005 10:35 AM

Would not even pay for my spa bills.

Vitasoy 12-06-2005 10:35 AM

Yes..you can live pretty darn well with that much coming in each month

Werd, I figured as much. I went through the same run around closing myself. Weirdest thing I got asked for now was my divorce papers from my first wife from 10 years ago.

Any of the checkes they won't count have the word porn or is of adult natured?

sumphatpimp 12-06-2005 10:36 AM

that number has zero value.
put it against operating costs, production costs and more to give it value.
stand alone it is nothing.

not trying to piss on your thread, just trying to be truthful.

It all depends on what you're dealing with. If you're dealing with electronics, let's talk. However, if you deal with something like ebooks or software... :upsidedow

I know what you mean. This is way down from the year before. About half, actually, due to some major losses experienced really early this year. And when one's income is cut in half it's sometimes tough to pay everything that needs to be paid. You just grow to live with what you make, as my father always told me when I was growing up.

But before adult I thought I was ballin' when I'd make $4k in a month. It's weird how a few short years changes things. :(
