epassporte screwed me again
 
after waiting months for them to fix my account, they finally fixed it, then it lasted 4 days. i didnt even do a single transaction, now i cant login and i get:

I had $40.00 magically dissapear that was said is being taken care of. been 2 weeks and not 1 word about it anywhere. I still use them occasionally though, im either a fool, or just hopeful. Its only $40 but its not the amount, its the priniciples.

Why are you bumping old epassporte threads to the front page? Then you start this one? They really came through and helped me out when I needed it. Nice people there. Every business overlooks something at somepoint, and the more people you have transaction wise, the more room for error.

I'm not even saying they made one.

I just don't see the point in ranting here, and not contacting them. My 2 cents. You can contact Keyser Soze on this board and the guy will help you.

After you contacted me the last time your account were unsuspended even after your threaten to mail bomb ePassporte, were abusive on ICQ and posted incorrect quotes in this thread: http://www.gfyboard.com/showthread.php?t=546523

I forwarded our ICQ conversation to my supervisor and were told I shouldn't stand such abusive, and if you contacted me in the future I should tell you to contact my supervisor at [email protected]

In Keyser Soze's defense I would like to say that he did contact me about it the first time and he also promptly passed on the problem to the higher ups, of which a girl contacted me (forget her name) and said she would look into it. I have not heard back from her, it may be the higher ups in the company that have dropped the ball on ya, dont be so quick to jump Keyser on the issue.

I personally have had a bad experience with epassporte.

When using thier virtual visa i was charged twice by a company. I contacted this company and said that they cancled the second charge. But epass made me wait 30 days to put the funds back in my account.

It's not ePassporte that makes you wait the 30 days, it's VISA.

datezonline - was the freezing of your account due to the fact that you had over $5k in there and still hadn't sent them ID? Just curious because that's the msg I got once when they required ID etc., to unsuspend the account.

I have had a few issues with logging in, and a few times of the balance going to 0, but things are usually pretty good. No complaints in general.

"have_three" sent me $250, it was fraud. took months to get my account unlocked. 4 days later they lock it again with no explination.

i dont even want they account anymore, but im just warning others. and it seems apart from a few wankers, i am not alone in being screwed by epassporte.

Keyser came to bat for me and took care of an issue I had been arguing with Epass on and off for 6 months about. I had sworn never to use Epass again so many times due to their abysmal customer support.

Contacted Keyser Soze, took less than an hour... and bada bing! Problem solved, and they didn't retract their action 'this time' :) I give them a Kudos for starting to improve in that department atleast.

That said, Keyser, I had to call the call center and they still really are clueless there... much more patient and not so rude, but clueless none the less..

epassporte is ok. until they lock your account, which they do to a lot of people. and it takes ages to get cs do do a damn thing.

not a very professional company.

one of their cs even posts me out of context on gfy saying im going to "mail bomb" them

apart from some 2 bit shitty startup porn company, i dont know another company, atleast a successful one that would do that
