Since I'm up so early...ask me anything about IwantU, Costa Rica or Leopard Pants!

For some weird reason I woke up early today....not like me at all :error

So go ahead, bring on anything you can think of to ask about IwantU, Costa Rica, our Costa Rica Bash show, my leopard pants or anything else you feel like and I'll give you an answer :)

BastarD 11-04-2005 06:16 AM

Not at all, although some places might have a no-cape policy; so you'll have to leave that at home.

If your girlfriend complains, just ask her if she's ever danced with the Devil under a pale moon light....and if she doesn't get it, dump her on the spot!!

I got my place, brand new construction in a developing area, for $120,000 USD in August. It's two floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, studio/office, 3 bathrooms, maid room, kitchen, dining room.....

Here it really depends on the area. In a "gringo" area, they'll charge you easily 2x that for a smaller place than mine.

I just picked up some cool leopard slippers, but haven't got a matching shirt - yet. I'm also looking for some red leopard pants, I think those would be awesome and fit our IwantU colors more :pimp

In town, you're welcome to crash at my place...otherwise the hotel we picked is pretty nice, suites there should go for the $100-120/night range.

For the beach portion of the show, we've hooked up some special rates by booking the full resort so it's $85 per person (double occupancy) or $115 single occupancy - this is for both nights all-inclusive for our show not per night. There arent any suites in that resort I know of, it's more Villa-style on the beach :)

Well for most people you can put in 15 minutes effort and not need to pay to pickup any Costa Rican girls....

but as far as rates go, they can be anywhere from $10-100 depnding on the place and of course the girl :upsidedow

Not to my knowledge, but I suppose they could if they really wanted to :)

Hopefully no people are still trying to buy real leopard pants/fur anymore (mine are fake and I wouldn't buy any real ones)......killing an animal like that for fashion is heinous. :disgust

Is it any more heinous than killing a horse to make jello ?

Not really, no...then again I don't eat jello (nor did I know that)...

However since it's my opinion, I choose what animals I don't mind being killed (ie. I do eat meat) and which I do.

ie. endangered or wild animals killed for sport/fur/luxury I don't agree with

killing cattle for meat I wouldn't really care about...

seeric 11-04-2005 01:33 PM

cooolio. you've already got my cell or sam does, so hit me up. either that or icq me if you've not got it anymore.

myjah 11-04-2005 01:47 PM

I have heard that you have an extra room in your house set aside for when I visit? Is this correct? Or will I have to share a room with you? There is no right or wrong answer to this question. :)

Temp1 11-04-2005 01:51 PM

Where were you living before moving to Costa Rica and how does the quality of life compare? How is the food in Costa Rica; do you have chinese restaurants, sushi, etc? Is there an equivalent of an organic supermarket?

And lastly, do you have any pics of CR?

[CG] 11-04-2005 02:17 PM

What do you miss most about home (montreal)? (besides your mom who took care of everything for you)

Who is 'the lady in red' ?

Next time before I die in CR, will you hold me?

lol :thumbsup

I'm from Montreal, the quality of life is pretty much the same except for a few differences...

PROS: cost of things, no tax, women hot and 'friendly', stable weather/temperature, beautiful country with many activities

CONS: music (for me anyways, some people like raggaeton over and over and over I guess lol), people kind of sheepish/passive, hypocrisy/fakeness of a lot of the people

Food is good, there are restaurants of almost every kind and they mostly use local produce/meats. Typical CR food though is nothing special its just rice and beans. There are many chinese, sushi, etc...only type of restaurant I dont find here really is Greek. You can find many organic foods, have places like GNC etc....

For pics, let me find a bunch and put them up later tonight after work....if you search on here you can find a few threads started by me though with many of rafting in the jungle and wildlife.

lol :thumbsup

I mostly missed wrestling, hockey, music from Montreal...and having a variety of women not only latinas. I fixed the first two here now though by getting a gigantic dish :)

Of course I miss some of our drunken adventures too LOL...

The lady in red is a figment of your imagination....I have no recollection of that night hehehe only you guys do :upsidedow

Netx time you're here, if you come on some activity again with me, I'll make sure I hold you...right before you drop off a mountain :1orglaugh :321GFY :winkwink:

Thanks Varius. Do you have any pics of the 'city' area? Like the buildings, architecture, shops, cafes, etc. Not sure if those could compare to Montreal but am interested to see.

Do you plan on returning to Montreal one day? Or is CR home now?
