Since you dont respond to my emails or ICQ I guess this is the only way to get ahold of you.

The fact of the matter is I paid you back in August to do a design for me and you didn't deliver.

Ok, you can't do it fine, I can get over it, but dude what the fuck gives you the right to keep my deposit? (and no I dont want to take content I cant use in exchange!)

I'm not being unreasonable here, just give me my fucking money back!

I am moving Money into Paypal to get ya back your money AVP. It takes three days and today is the 2nd day. I got dead beats of my own to deal with that will not pay into PayPal to return yer cash so I am moving money now to get it to ya.

Your excuse is riddled with inconsistencies... Was it moved into Paypal already or not? If today is the second day then the correct thing to say is "I moved (x) percentage of what I owe you into paypal... if it takes 3 days and you don't have the full amount in there as of yesterday then it is going to be more than a day that he will still be waiting for pament.

Again, making excuses about other people needing to pay you just shows what a failure you are... thought you were such a mover and shaker too...

Alien just have PayPal take money out of your bank account or credit card. Making one person wait because you haven't been paid by others is no way to run a business, good God.

It really takes 3 days to transfer money to Paypal? I thought it was 3 days to transfer monies from Paypal to ones bank account. Who knows, just pay him with a credit card or visa debit card and takes seconds unless you don't have the funds. :upsidedow

Actually, you are right. I know from experience. I got hit with NSF fees once from my checking account because Pay Pal drew from there instead of my credit card, which I intended to happen. This all happened instantly, so I'm not sure why Alien is saying it takes 3 days to transfer money into his account.
