theses guys don't have "live help" support on site, they don't have any instant messenger contacts, you got lucky they answered your emails cause they don't answer mine. call them - it's the only way |

Don't want to bash them, but opening a business account with them has taken over 3 weeks.. Looks like changing hands has affected them poorly.

I've had no problem with them at all...but I usually call them...that way, when I email them, they know it's coming. They are all very pleasant and helpful.

In the end, they offer a great service to webmaster... but I gotta agree, the support sucks, the limit sucks, and the 30 days hold on CC use sucks diack

I got one... I tried to get gas yasterday with epass, it said "see attendant" or "not authorized" or something.. tried it twice before breaking out a "real" debit card.
Today my balance shows $50 x2 =$100 held for the two attempts that didn't go thru' :error :1orglaugh :error :1orglaugh |
