Lensman WTF, don't you care about charge backs anymore?

Everyone knows I stopped working with Lens a couple of years ago.. But I still let him know if I find anything wrong with his sites... ect... So Loryn's doing a push today on the reality sites... I go into take a look around..... I find a serious problem the members signup system, YOU CAN'T GET IN... I think thats kinda serious.... So I pick up the phone call the office, talk to Loryn for a few seconds ( who was her usual pleasant self). I did not ask for Lens this time was just explaining the problem to Loryn. She say I should talk to Jeff... I said ok.. The second I get on the phone with this jerk he's being totally obnouxious.. Like how dare I talk to him... He says... Jeff : What can I do for you? Me : You have a serious problem with your members system.. Jeff : OK I'll look into it... ( trying to end the conversation) Me: Don't you want to know whats wrong? Jeff: No, Im a pretty smart guy. (well not really, if you can't get a membership sytem working right) Me: Do you know who I am? (I'm thinking he figures Im a customer or something) Jeff: Only by reputation, your not someone I want to know. Me: Oh really? Jeff : Ya Me: Is Joe around..? Jeff: Have a nice day.. ( and hangs up)... Lens what the fuck is this? |
damn dude....that is fucked up...it doesn't matter who calls, if something is wrong and you are pointing it out to them, it shoulld be listened to

Look, honestly, if there's really a problem with a site it shouldn't matter WHO points it out as long as it gets pointed out so that it can be fixed. Hell, as long as it was a polite effort to help, it should be taken as such.
Why the rudeness? Is it policy there to be rude to people who no longer work with the company? I wouldn't think so, but then, I'm not in the know and am not in a position to be in the know. Whatever happened between Joe and Mike should be between THEM, and everyone else can go about their own business. Why the hate?
