this is what you should eat/drink if you don't want to die young
handfull of nuts every day (wallnuts or almonds)
at least 8 glasses of water ONE glass of RED wine veggies - tomatoes (prevent cancer), spinach, potatoes baked with the skin, beetroot (sp), carrots, all the green vegetables fruits - berries, bananas, apples etc fiber shit - beans, muesly, wholegrain bread coffee - about 2 cups a day is good for you 1 aspirin every single day fish - three times a week - salmon and cod pref. - they don't contain all those heavy metals n shit what did I miss? and don't forget to watch Oprah ;) |

1 aspirin every single day will thin your blood which is NOT good unless you have heart conditions.
As for fish, yes you are right but what you're missing is that FARMED fish contains a lot more of those heavy metals but it goes further than that. Salmon for example contains Omega3 Fatty Acids which are good for you unlike numerous other fatty acids. |
Sounds like my diet. Even though I'm heavy, I've never felt healthier and my blood pressure is at the ideal levels.
And it's great not having a desire to eat animal meat anymore. :thumbsup |

Guys there are 5 amino acids in the meat that body needs and nothing else can bring it in. I dont eat red meat myself but boiled chicken once a week will make it.
You can replace red wine by green tea since the idea is to take in some antioxidants and both beverages have it. |

As much beer and alcohol as your body can handle ( acts as embalming fluid )
-then quit the obessive use whenever you feel like it.... ( usually around 35...) couple slices of bread with some chef boyardee every lunchtime.. (that is if you can stomach it) go for the ravioli...feel traditional... at dinner fish through all availible take out menus... settle on pizza 75% of the time switching from Mediterreanean and Hawian on regular intervals... and then folks... walk and workout on a daily basis... then live to 100+ |

Alcohol is really a help to have you AGE faster. :) Besides, if you want to become really old you need to have some good DNA. If you have a shitty DNA you can eat as healthy as you want but you still die younger. |
