The images in question here MAY have been normal hardcore. The war pictures were NOT part of the charges. The FBI,however, was not apparently involved in this one.

If you know anything about Polk County Florida you would know NEVER to do anything porn related in that county. Since one of our models was arrested there in 2000 for uploading images to her vanilla site we stopped even accepting orders from that county.

I don't think this is porn related as much as it seems. This seems to be a loophole for the Army to go in and seize the list of soldiers who sent the images. I mean why would you look for a customer list if you are simply charging someone with obscenity? Seems like an abuse of power. Then again, look at our President and Governor of that state. honestly, i am not for bush, against bush, have fears about freedoms being taken away etc. personally, i was always aware that this is a problem. its a problem in every state and city in the US. there are a lot of legal questions surrounding porn and porn online that have not been through the courts yet and quit frankly, people should be worrying about how to protect their business and structure it properly so these issues do not affect them... then start complaining about the constitution, the government etc. bush is just one asshole. in 2 years there can be one that is worse... and the laws give them plenty of room to put people in prison for all sorts of reasons.

You have to be a really dumb to be running that type of porn biz in Polk County. Law enforcement up there is hardcore anti-porn.

this is why running any kind of risky business, its good to NOT live in the USA... or at the very least, not host in the USA

"Adult" is an easy target and anyone in this biz does need to be very aware of possible legals and if possible, *use* the best scenario for wherever they operate. If one country has possibly better laws re porn etc - operate from there (but never abuse!) and spread operations around to reduce the chance of being hit big time.

The other factor is really common sense. It was only a matter of time till the Polk County raid took place - same with Rosie's site.

The more crap "news" that comes out about "dead body porn sites" and "pre teen daughter fucking", the more "anti" the public and .. maybe consumers will get - Not good for the industry and more likely to be a cause of more control!!

What this guy did was enlighten people about the fucked up shit war brings, and that war is on Pay roll of the American peoples. Frankly what this guy did was show the horror of war in a very very enlightening way.

Porn is fuck all to do with it, the man came up with a brilliant idea that showed heaven and hell, which definatly caused people to think and question if the blood shed is worth it at all.

First, I don't run and hide - I've stood up and been counted in several adult related cases in my "career" and so far, fortunately had sympathetic juries. I also never defended any of these cases by hiding behind "rights of freedom" and other bullshit, but based on the facts in the indictments.

I also have never traded in child porn/bestiality or body part "content" either - it's just a personal preference.

Organizing biz activity to minimize damage is common sense.

The guy did trade in "body part" content - that's his claim to fame and it does not take a pornographer displaying body pictures on a porn site he earns revenue off to "enlighten" the public into the facts about war. Some of their families are the actual victims - they are already well-aware.

There is also no comparison whatsoever with news reporting, they use at least a level of sense and editing of material prior to broadcasting.
