i drink a gallon a week

1 cup every morning.

i grew up on it so i always try to drink at least a glass every other day or so...plus i eat cereal with milk and cook with it...

only time i have milk is in cereal

One in the morning and one glass in the evening before I go to sleep.

Its been years I drink 3 glasses a day. Im surprised ppl dont even drink one everyday. Doesnt your body need calcium for bones and teeth?

Yuck. Milk and I have an agreement - I don't drink it and it doesn't make me ill.

I can finish off a gallon in a day, two max. My fiance also drinks it like crazy so together we go through about 6 to 8 gallons a week. Sometimes more if we are cooking things that need milk like soups.

250 - 350ml per shake. I have 3 shakes a day. I also put it in my cereal obviously. So... a lot.

I haven't drank milk regularly in a long time, but I used to drink about a 1/2 gallon a day growing up..

I stopped drinking milk about 3 or 4 years ago. One day it just stopped tasting good to me. Nowadays, I only drink milk when I eat cereal.

I'm lactose intolerant. milk makes me gag. I can't stand it.

I drink milk with dinner every night, one or two glasses.

And then if I am eating any sort of chocolate (cookies, cake, etc) I HAVE to have milk.

I am more of a coffee drinker. three to four cups of coffee a day will be enough for me.
