what technology do you use? we've had zero luck getting WME to work properly from our computers here... seems that something is always buggin

Everything is Flash based. It works flawlessly on any system that can run Flash.

You can check the quality on any of the cams at http://www.cams.com
If there are any girls using the new system online, you will see them as "Featured Broadcasters" at the top of the grid. You can view the other cams by creating a free account. All the cams use the same broadcasting software, so any quality difference would result from the girls using different cameras, lighting, etc.

I know you can email and icq to get tech support. The girls are also provided with full instructions and updated news items (I know because my alter ego is one). I've never been charged, and the "Support" page has phone numbers with no mention of charging.
