whos better: isprime or webair
 

I'm currently moving all my servers to ISPRIME, but wonder if I sould've done
webair because of their control panel.

they are both good hosting companies

do a search. both companies are good.

Webair Rocks... that is all I know.

im using webair with some servers .. looks good.

Both good, hard to say better in that question,

But I personally think www.techiemedia.com is the best way to go overall value/service/ reliablity they are perfect on all accounts.

if you're hosted with webair, make sure you have an index.html files in every directory. our directories were left open. seriously, i would not want anyone to go thru what i went over there, it was a nightmare.

i spoke to another person who said they had the exact same issue 2 years ago, which is pretty interesting. they got php-backdoored too, when i was telling them my story, they couldn't believe how similar the story was to there own. i think it really may have something to do with how they have their boxes set up, and how they admin all the servers.

webair is cheap, but their support is lacking. sagi and brian were helpful when i was over there. mike is ehhhhhh, after a convo i had with him yesterday - i used to think better of him. the rest of the techs, need to be fired or re-trained on how to deal with customer service. i admit, im not the friendliest person to deal with when my server is down, but who is?

and i am not posting this out of spite. i am posting it so no one has to endure what i went thru over there. its your own call if you host over there, they are cheap, but you are getting what you pay for, and thats what i believe. if price is important to you, go with them. if paying a few extra dollars and having support and uptime is important, go with isprime. thats the best way i can put it.

both good... but ive had all of my 10+ servers with webair for over 4 years now and have had about 20 minutes of downtime and 100% instant phone tech support, so i can say that's tough to beat...

you definitely gotta go with webair man, mike will definitely take good care of ya :)

webair sig whores represent, dont get me started, mike is an idiot. he threatend to beat me up in miami, cause i called his company "crappy" on icq. amogst other things their support sucks, dont even try talking to them they dont have a clue. i would suggest phatservers , they will answer your emails within 5 mins, unlike webair could take a while :)

Cmon man, Mike has a great rep of going totally out of his way to help clients. What happened in Miami...don't know, sounds crazy. :)

As for support... 24/7/365. You can actually get a live voice on the support line plus just go to webair.com and there is Live Chat support. That's pretty damn good.

Not a sig whore either. I work here and I would like to do anything I can to help you out with an account here. Seriously, hit me up and I will help you out. That's why I am here. :thumbsup

I would also have to say Webair, I've been with them for a while and everythings been great. Plus Mike will go out of his way to hook you up with a great server.
Nothing bad to say about Webair at all.

I've never used webair but have used Isprime so my vote would go to them.
... if only their pricing was a little more competitive I would have all my servers there.

I agree! I've hosted with both companies.. and I fly webair in my sig because I've never been happier, seriously. I have 4 of their techs on ICQ and they are available for my questions day & night... server setup is fast, problem free.. This is much more than I can say for other companies I've hosted with.

I have been with Webair for years and they offer the best support and have never let me down. In my book they are a class act. :thumbsup
