go to bellevue, 140th and Bel-Red Road where the safeway, staples etc. In that connected strip mall is a place called the Natural Pantry (i think). if you are facing the building, its on the right side of Safeway. I was just there last night and bought ephedra there. :) its a red bottle with red capsules called "natural...." something.

If you can get your hands on VPX's Clenbutrex, that stuff is the strongest I've heard of and used with Ephedra. It is liquid, brown, and tastes like shit--it comes with a syringe that you squeeze the liquid in...i know, it sounds crackheadish!!! I bought it a Nutrition store though-lol

This place is the best I've seen so far. It's Ephedrin, not ephedra. I prefer the synthetic stuff as I feel it works better.

It's the same thing as ephedra, just synthetic. Ephedrine has been used on kids with asthma for year, and in much higher doses. Just make sure you don't overdo it and cycle properly.

in Oregon you need a prescitption just to get psuedo ephedrine now sause all the meth freaks are cooking it all up.

i think you can use it all you want until it loses its effect - then typically it takes at least two weeks minimum and often more for your body to build up its sensitivity again (beta 2 cell receptors become desensitized but recover fairly quickly). you should also be using it with caffeine and aspirin for optimum results.
