Never ever started any drama on this or any other board and i try to stay away from it
however, the idiotic thread started by throwdown deserves a ban and i will not spend another penny on advertisement on a place that allows poeple like him to make light of what happened...

One thing I learned in business..but since most people here either learned it in a book or watched it on t.v. fail to see is what the value of a customer is over a lifetime..a customer they already have vs having to go and obtain new customers.
