I will say this though.... fucking Shannahan couldn't hit the broadside of a fucking battleship, I have always wondered why they let him take "the shot" at Nagano over Gretz. I would have sent Wayne in to take that shot instead of 2 or 3 of the supposed Canadian superstars that couldn't get the job done. And in this game against Finland, Shannahan has missed some very sweet chances. Blind as a bat on that last chance he had in front.

Damn good hockey. I'm happy that Canada won, certainly, but if there had been an overtime period that would have been some awesome action I'll bet. It would have been glorious.
