I feel it is important to specify because some guys are jerks and feel it's not cheating if they paid for it or that it's not cheating or sex if they get a bj (such as ex President Clinton). Cheaters are scum and all deserve to die.

Let's just say if you are doing anything that your partner would not be comfortable with if they saw it, or if you are doing something behind their back that you would not dare to do in their face you are basically lying to them and letting them live in a lie.

Everyone has DIFFERENT standards for what constitutes cheating, some people even swing, but as for me, I am VERY strict in my personal life. I am faithful and expect whomever I'm with to do the same.

Certainly, but there are borders to what can reasonably seen as inacceptable, and to to what extent you have to comply to your partner's jealousy (if requests aren't reasonable). Jealousy can be pathologic, it's not always sensible just to comply, I mean in the instance of somebody wrapping an arm around your shoulder and all that.

YES! That's why I actually specified and went into details above. If you jerk onto another girls face it is cheating. It does not matter if she did not touch you, the intent is the same. I can't believe amount of ass I have passed up over the years because I didn't want to cheat on the partner I was with at the time, none of whom I am with any longer. (I am happily married now).
Looking back, instead of feeling some sort of pride for behaving and not cheating, I simply regret not getting all the ass I could.
We are all genetically wired to pass on our genes. Woman might have a max of 15-20 offspring in their lives - it's to their advantage to be in a stable relationship so their limited number of offspring can survive.
