Damn, were is mista Bush now? he invades wholes countries in like 3 days. spent bilions on military forces and he can'e even save his own people.. |
Just saw an interview now from Nato, none us Goverment members has asked for help of anything, didnt you guys see how they barbeque they own "leaders" in us on cnn, damn, the governor was so angry that he started to cry and hang up,its shocking,WTF is going on ?
24 countrys offering help, since Monday, but nada in response at all..... Bush really did it this time also. |
One thing is certain.
If Bush accepts aid from NATO then people will criticize him. If Bush does not accept aid from NATO then people will criticize him. |
Another thing is also certain.
Bush is straight up retarded and slow as a mofo when it comes to helping his own people. |

Isn`t it bether to get help from some who can be airborne in a few hours and save thousands of life, instead of a dranker as a president who gets nervous, and cant do shit for his own country, when they need him to be strong and act ? Just wonder ..... |
[tinfoilhat] Perhaps Bush wants civil war/disobedience?...... It would mean no election - it may be a bit early for him to worry about it, but if the opertunity is there now he may as well grab it [/tinfoilhat]
Probably complete crap.... but at this point I wouldnt be that shocked either. |

If you know your history you will recognize this as the hallmark of democracy. Nearly 2500 years ago in ancient Athens the Athenian navy defeated the Spartan fleet. The athenian generals - though victorious - failed to save many of the crewmen from drowning. When they returned the generals, instead of receiving a hero's welcome for winning the battle were placed on trial and executed for not saving the naval crews from drowning. This is the nature of Democracy. We citizens should remember to also recognize the good. Drop the senseless politics. It's petty. It would also be good to discuss how many people's lives have been saved instead of focusing on imperfections. There are tens of thousands of people being rescued. Many thousands of people owe their lives to evacuation warnings and plans. The western way is pretty good but it is not flawless. |
I'm sure they wont accept it

The poor, homeless, handicapped and much more were basically left to die before the storm hit. Now that we have many survivors, they're still being left to die. I don't want to hear this "looters are preventing" crap either, what it comes down to is that not nearly enough aid was sent to help in the first place. What was it, 2000 troops originally sent? What a fucking joke. These petty and unorganized street thugs wouldn't be running things if our leaders had done thier jobs. I don't blame the population for looting, stealing and being aggresive now. They're being treated like animals and expendable civilians when in reality they're tax paying American citizens. Anyone here would act the same if they were left for dead by "the greatest country in the world", I know I would. |
"The Bush administration also said it will accept foreign assistance. At least 24 nations and international organizations, ranging from Israel to Venezuela and the United Nations, have offered medical teams, field hospitals, military aircraft and other help." - Seattle Times.

Same thing as 9/11 ...
Bush just froze there, not knowing what to do ... Then his minuscule brain executed the auto-shutdown function .... A leader is supposed to lead .... |
its nothing wrong with accepting help
any help is necessary at the moment.. wrong time for pride.. |

He should come out and say, I fucked up, I should have been there from the start, I will do much better from here on out. Think about it. He know a cat 4-5 storm was heading towards on of his larger cities, and he still sat on his ass on vacation. Ok it hits, then he heads to an "appearance" in CALIFORNIA! WTF is that. A 6 year old knows better. Defend him all you want, but know that you are in a very small, blinded, uneducated minority. |

Sorry, this is a stupid post : BUSH IS ALWAYS ON VACATION |
As mentioned before loads of countries have offered help from day 1. The
reason why it isn't on the way yet is because the US hasn't requested what type of aid they need most. As long as nobody is saying....here's a list of things we need right now and authorises foreign countries to start shipping it in it's not going to happen. Countries cannot just fly in and start doing shit without authorisation and knowledge of what is needed where. All these threads about countries not willing to help or donate is 200% bullshit. There are tons of offers but they are waiting to get accepted and directed. |

Then Bush would say: " We are at war. The reliefers are trying to take over our own mess ... This is against the basic believes of this nation.... goes against our freedom of letting people die ... " " Heu ... Hummm * pause * * another long pause * You have to understand .. we cannot let them win ... If they win, it means we lost ... * pause with empty staring * and if we loose now, we never will be able to fuck-up as we did .. we loose our freedom, our values ..." " That's all folks ... I will be on vacation in Kennybunk for the rest of my term " |
its shows how weak the USA has become.. im amazed every time i see the footage of the NO area.
9/11 was shocking but things where taken care of quite decent and that was a hell of a complicated situation compared to this. This is just amazing. |

I'm also not a conservative. Wouldn't make much sense to operate porn sites for 10 years and be a conservative. Would it? Now are you going to answer my question or continue with the childish and incorrect personal attacks? |
they better accept any help they get offered.
|
I doubt he'll accept help. Funny how bad he wanted it for Iraq though.
I bet all his oil buddies are making a killing right now. The worse this gets, the more they make. |

Greece offered up cruise ships too house people that have been left homeless. That hasn't been accepted yet; at least I haven't heard about the ships sailing yet. |
Canada had the DART team on 1hr notice. They also had generators, water-purification units, medical units and dive teams to recover bodies all on stand-by to help.
Bush said thanks for the nice thought. |

As for answering your question, the thing that bothers me is the lack of response to the worst disaster in our history. You are the one protecting him, for some unknown reason. Seriously answer me this. Would our response have been faster had all of our troops been where they are supposed to be? How about if the money would have been spent on the marsh project to protect NO instead of re-building Iraq? I await your Ivy League Beauty School response. |

http://www.aaaadultdesign.com/client.../archives.html Monday September 24, 2001 TOPIC: Ask Colin Live GUESTS: Colin D'elia, Director of Marketing for TGP2 Bucks and Yale Graduate, takes listeners questions live! Some of the questions ask about the future of our industry, will TGP2 really work, and even question Colins own knowledge! I make 10x more money than my average graduating classmate does. Fine with me. I could have went into academics and made $80k/year. No thanks. |
So yeah, ummm... NATO offered to help in New Orleans.
