yeah, my friends say that too. they also drive new $60k cars, have plasma tvs, and wear expensive clothes. priorities :2 cents:

$500 for a high rise condo in one of the nicer parts of town. Not bad, considering similar accommodations back in Los Angeles where I'm from would probably range between $1250 to $2000 per month. Plus, you have a car wash specialist that comes to your parking stall and cleans your car in and out for $3

or in London for just about anyone that falls short of the millionaire line.

Anyway, I am lucky and only pay $1000ish a month for my place in the hood.

Damn, that's alot. You have a nice loan/mortgage for that amount! I'm currently renting again because I just moved -> paying 350$/month split up with another owner. (650$/month total).

$1750/month for a studio apt. in greenwich vill. right next to washington square park.(it was all about the location, the apartment itself was small as hell)

I fucking hate people like that ...when i was 22 i saved every dime and had a house by the time i was 24 ... my buddy says he can't afford the down payment ..but have 2 new acura's and a $5000 Bose surround system in the bedroom he has it his in laws house ....it's a fucking joke
