Yo guys,
first of all, let me introduce myself, as I am brand new to this board. My name is Petr, and I own www.pichunter.com , some of you may know it, some not.

Anyways, I am tired of giving people free porn. I wanna open a paysite. For this I need cash. Quick cash.

Therefore I am going to try to sell my site. www.pichunter.com that is. Currently #17 on sextracker and still growin.

The buyer will get the domain, the design and everything that comes with it, the UCJ script, the script that runs the whole site and so on. All that you need to continue running the site will come with it.

if you drop the donation $ idea from surfers on your site and you put some ads from sponsors they convert good this period, you won't have to worry for the fact that you give free things to surfers. What makes you want to sell the site is the lack of $ from it.

I don't get it...if the site must be sold to make some cash to open a paysite, then apparently the site isn't very profitable? Opening a paysite, if I am not mistaken, can be done for less than $10K. If pichunter gets a lot of traffic, I'm sure this amount of cash can be raised fairly soon from site revenue. You don't have to sell pichunter if cash was only the issue.

Maybe the reason, Im guessing, is time involved?

Pete's totally right. With that kind of traffic, you could be making a mint. I know that I get about 80K unique hits to my free sites and I make some pretty good money. If I had 300K hits, I'd be a very happy rich man, he he he.

I don't know, I've never dealt with TGP traffic, so maybe you can't make much off of it, but with that amount, I'm sure that there's money to be made if you play your cards right.
