I've always paid for that kind of stuff when going out. I just think that's what a guy should do. However, it is nice to have the girl offer the first few times atleast.

Did you ask her to go on the trip? IMO if you asked her to go on the trip you should be footing the bill for everything. Now if she offered to pay for something that would be fine. Dont have enough information on this situation to tell really. Just my 2 cents. =)
