Yeah that would not be a deal that anyone wold take. Pay up front that kinda cash... for a whole year the interent could explode in the next year, so many things can happen. I can stomache prepay deals up to about 250K after that I really would have to see somehting really good to make that jump.

I have a rule, never pay upfront. If someone is raking in real coin, they do not need the $ upfront.

Get the guy on a contract, he says he will pay back if it's less.

Whats crazy about that? I GURANTEE IT. We can work a nice long contract out. If I don't send you "x" amount of signups, then you can deduct some of the money from escrow. You can't lose. Basically you would be prepaying 34,666 signups. Done deal. If i come short say 10,000 then you deduct $600,000 out of escrow at the end of the year and i keep the rest. The person managing the escrow account would abide by our rules, neither could pull out the money.

IF i break your ass and you go out of business then I know I am paid and I keep what is there :) . And you can't cancel me. I don't spam, don't worry we all know clickcash is tight on spam. So i wouldn't have to worry about you crying in a month saying, oh i can't afford to pay you $60 i have to reduce it... fucking money is in the bank, you can't back out.
