Needs a few small changes but its definately a much higher quality than your other samples and its defintely 'workable'.

If Lee pays his bill to BDS or charity, I'll donate some money to charity. Problem is, I don't think any of us could trust that he paid anything to a charity unless he gave the money to someone we all trust... like BlueDesignStudios, to do it for him. LOL

I love Gary, if we're referring to GA.. he knows that. But this isn't about that... And I can honestly say that I haven't been able to read all of the threads and every post... but there's nothing that I've read from you thus far that seems right to me (been through 4 threads). Everything else aside, you asked for the designs to be posted and for a vote - both of which happened, and then after that you found another reason to not pay by asserting that they just recently whipped up a new design for you. I don't honestly believe that happened.

This has ALWAYS been a 'quality' issue and, in the thread i gave you a link to above, many well known GFY'ers even state that the work was sub-par.

I appreciate the compliment, Andrew. I'm just a passer through reading threads and making some posts tonight on that which has caught my interest... this being one of them. I don't have any intention on inserting myself in the middle or being a drama queen, I've simply commented on that which I have read so far. The only thing that has me confused at the moment is Lee's mention of Gary because I have always liked and respected him. Lee, I simply don't know you that well - and for the record I don't know the guys at BDS either. Everything here and in the other threads that I said was in all reality, completely impartial.

I think what we're all wondering is there anything that could be done by BDS to make the situation right and have you pay the bill or is this just beating a dead horse? I don't know. I've bought a lot of design work before and paid for quite a bit even that I didn't like. Some of it was a result from bad designers, others was simply my bad direction.

Yes, we took the site down a few months ago as we are consolidating our resource network.

We have more sites going offline in the next few months to so that we can devote our time to the high grossing sites more efficiently :)
