I think I have a serious drinking problem
yep - i think i have a serious drinking problem
i have to drink something in the morning - usuall 1/2 liter of water or juice of milk - and that's no enough - 1-2 hours later i need another 1/2 liter of water. lunchtime another 1/2 liter of milk/juice or water - then 1-2 hours later another 1/2 liter. hell if i workout add another liter in there of water. probally another liter before supper - and another 2 over the evening before i goto bed. fuck i think i drink probally 4-6 liters of liquid a day - and the weird part is i think i only pee out about 2 liters? my cloths arn't drenched in sweat - where does it go? do i have a problem here? thoughts |
Doesn't seem to out there... I'm much the same way... especially when working out. Body needs water..

You sweat it out and it evaporates. It's fairly normal for a large guy in the heat.

I think you must see a doctor to consult your problem.

i think that is just normal.. i drink almost the same amount (well a little less), but the point is, i drink a lot too.. and that's no problem. that's actually good in the contrary. you must sweat a lot?!

I don't see any problem on that. Maybe you are just hyper active to sweat a lot, therefore you need enough water to replenish the amount that you lost.

If it was diabetes he would be pissing a lot more. Still might want to get checked out though.

Drinking lots of water is good for you, especially if you're trying to lose weight!

Well, I was told that at my size I should have 3ltrs of pure water a day at least...so maybe it isn't totally off. Though, I don't really want to know how you know you pee out 2ltrs a day ;)

i have the same problem... ive had it for 10 years... when i was in the military I went to them to get to the bottom of it (since the medical was free, why not?).. they did all kinds of tests, and they came up with nothing other than 'it's good to drink alot of liquids, no such thing as too much for ya'... It didnt answer why I was different than everyone else, but hey, I'm doing fine thus far.
I would drink water, not milk and not gatorade... im told it has alot of sodium in it... oh and VERY easy on salty foods and salt/soy sauce... i drink about 2 gallons per day, dunno how many liters that is because I'm not cool. |
