What To Do About A Fucking Jerk That Sexualy Harrasses A Female Co-worker?
 
I have this friend she goes to work and is subjected to sexual remarks,touching and harassment. I have told her to lay down the law and define boundaries but for some reason this does not seem to work with the dumb ass that keeps it up.

Since she seems to not be getting any help from her co workers, and or the superiors it?s so sad. You come to work to do a job and have to deal with someone who clearly has no respect towards woman and has an obvious problem, what to do with someone like that?

Its a job and business last time I checked, and if you want your people to work hard for you must be a little sensitive to what is going on to them and how they feel. Even more so to the ones that work hardest for you.

Now what to do with this dick who has a serious problems that seem to continue to be a problem where ever he goes? That is a very good question, the first thing that comes to my mind is to beat his ass, but the funny thing about that, he still might not learn from an ass beating, so what to do?

What do you think should be done to a sexually harassing mother fucker?

Someone should 'sexually harrass' him.. maybe she has a friend who is gay, or can pretend to be gay? If she's allowed friends in for picking her up for lunch or something like that then he could be a real flamer and TOTALLY hit on this jerk.. touch his ass, his hair, his chest.. make lewd comments and basically make the guy as UNCOMFORTABLE as possible.

Do that enough and have her speak to the guy again and explain that if he doesn't stop harrassing her, then she'll up the ante on the gay harrassment and maybe his ass will be a little sore next time she sees him.

are these people in Adult ? Some people cant seem to get it in their head , that yes this is a business, furthermore employees / co-workers are not hookers or content :2 cents: I have heard of similiar problems from others in the past.

She probably wouldn't have to pay anybody up front if the lawyer sees a good case! Sexual harrassment in the work place is taken VERY serious nowadays. Especially in California MIKE! (not sure if she is here or not)

Not only can she sue the asshole harrasing here, but if she can poove that her supervisor has been told of the situation, and did nothing, now HE is also liable, AND the company itself can also be sued for damages.

I've had to deal with shit like this before. You stay firm and keep a log, and start looking for another job. Suing will make you tainted in the eyes of new employers, and it's good defense when dealing with someone higher up than the offender if they try to fire you for an unjustified reason.
