    2257 Exempt Image???

    Based on the letter of the law this image is compliant, or did I miss something?

                                                  I know some may say " how would they ever know, they are not going to look at every thumb?" thats a great point, but something tells me the large load of what appears to be something resembling sperm would make it a canidate to be reviewed.

                                                  In short can't tell without the original photo to compare it to.

                                                                  Even if it might be legal to show that without docs, I still wouldn't want to touch it. The DOJ has considerable leeway when it comes to enforcement, and trying to get aound regulations with clever loopholes will cause more problems than good. Unless that image is at suntanlotionfetish.com, it'd be safe to assume some porn investigator will assume it to be semen.

                                                                      Is that image compliant? That depends on whether or not you have the 2257 docs for it all filed properly. The image itself was part of an explicit hardcore shoot and as such, cropping the image as you have done does not make it immune to any 2257 requirement of the past, present, or future.

                                                                      I suggest you stick to what it is that you know best......Er...Shit...Maybe that's not such a good idea either.

I am very worried for some of you trying to justify things you know will put you at a higher risk. But I guess someone has got to get busted first.
