Hey guys ,
I wouldn't normally take shit like this to the boards , but I've had it with this idiot .

This is how the story starts ..
Last year Mark hits me up for design and he wants 10 sites .. so I give him a bulk rate of $7K ,
I told him I would have 1 site complete every three days , providing upfront payment and that all content and details we submitted by the start date .

Well a few weeks later I have 7 sites done , almost completely done except for the fact that the content was never sorted out , or even got it ready in the first place .. so a few weeks go on of me bugging mark to get the content and he's routing emails through other people and the shit never got to where it was supposed to be .. Now about a week after that , someone had a " heart attack"
and EVERYTHING was put on hold for months .... and months ... we had 7 sites ready to go but digibucks " lee " couldnt get the content together for the rest of the tours .. so it ended up that they got 7 sites ready to go less a bit of content on the join pages .

Mark askes me to shelf the designs and I did .

So last Xmas Mark hits me up wanting to go ahead on more designs for the " money he's owed " and I explain that you can't make a bulk order and just pop up every few months wanting more shit .. it just doesnt work that way cause its a pretty good way to get a bulk price and then fuck the designer out of more time etc etc ..
bulk rates are made to have a bulk amount of work in a certain time for a certain price .. .

Either way after some discussion me and mark come to the agreement that he can come sometime in the next year and I will give him a deal at reqular prices to complete the bulk order .

So now , last week mark hits me up and says " do these two toons

You are way too nice. Seriously, Fletch hasn't ever had issues of non-payment and I think maybe its because people realize he will make use of the boards. Or maybe its just luck, no clue.

1500 bucks is no chump change. Do you sell off designs you don't get paid for? Maybe try a huge blow out sale with half completed work something? If anything it would showcase the deadbeats who didn't come through. :1orglaugh

Oh man I fuckign hate this shit. I have 2 clients fucking me over for over half a year now in total about 1750 bucks. I hate it.

Ok I have kept this off the boards for long enough. I hate drama and I hate washing my linen in public but I think everyone should know what a scammer and complete retard machinegunkelly is.

In October time last year I contracted twisted by designs to do some work for me. This was the deal.

$7000 Paid in advance

10 x paysites
100 x galleries (10 for each site)
100 x banners (10 for each site)
20 FPA (2 for each site)
20 HPA (2 for each site)

He started work on this job and we started having some problems with the guys that were providing the content for this job. Off the top of my head I think he got as far as 3 paysites being almost completed and a handful of galleries. I said to Kelly that he should stop work on the project till I get the content sorted out.

2 months later I got the content sorted out and asked him to continue. He basically refused with comments like ?I cant afford to? ?its like I am doing it for free now cause I already spent the money? etc etc

We had 2 or 3 months of this before I finally gave up to the fact that the scammer had ripped me off. I gave the job to my now in house designers (insaneadultcreations) who buy the way are the best designers I have ever used.

Twisted by designs do however make some good toons. A couple of weeks ago I needed 3 toons making so I thought to myself as I am not going to get the money back anyway id say to him ?make them and we will call it quits? Which I did. He made the toons for me but now started hasseling me for money, go figure.

He was asking me to pay him for the last toon he made. I never agreed to that. The deal was do the toons we are quits!! Which to be honest I think is a fucking nice thing for me to do anyway. There are people out there that wouldn?t be so kind as I am sure you all know.

I just really want to understand why this guy is such an ass anyone else help me out here?? He has had enough of my fucking money

Without getting into the discussion Mark and machinegunkelly are having now, I would like to say that Mark is a real stand up guy. I've done a lot of business with him and with digibucks in the past and i will continue to do so. He's building a big empire, and even though from time to time things tend to get chaotic because we're all trying to do a dozen things at the same time, he always comes through with payments and what not else.

I dont have any designs at all!!

While i understand you are pissed off, you have no right to come on here and slag off someone who has built up a repuitable name and business in this industry through sheer dedication and hardwork.

He has helped alot of people along the way and now instead of speaking to him man to man about this - you just come on here and try to tarnish his reputation. Well its not going to work. Mark has alot of freinds in this business and he will help anyone who approaches him. He is not as you say a "liar" your evidence by posting an icq conversation does not validate that claim anyway.Nowhere in that conversation does it say how much he would agree to pay you and further more man you owed him not the otherway round.

He was being generous saying that by doing this work he would wipe the slate clean when clearly you owe him alot more than that. Man this is business and this isnt the right way to do it, by airing crap on here (which by the way isnt even true - you have made yourself look stupid not Mark)

And Virtumike, do you have copywrite on every hypno site in the world? Tell me how many sites you know copy the same niches, dogging, anal, teen etc etc... Just because you have found a niche which is not that popular it does not mean that other people cant follow suit - you are not the only one in the world with a gift for doing this and you cannot slate Mark for following suit. If you are i suggest you contact every major Sponsor on the net and ask why they all have the same kind of content.

Guys Mark is a great webmaster and a good bloke and any issues you have should be dealt privately and not spat out on here like children.

rerated .

10 galleries ( regular $300 )

1 HPA and (regular $95 )
1 FPA per site ( regular $115)

regular total of $1359 for your BULK rate of $700 ..
see what Im saying .. So basically I got
fucked out of $5K on this in reality , cause the deal was for a one time shot , and now your here
at Xmas ( as I knew you would be )
