myVirtualCard Announcement
To the GFY Community,
Effective IMMEDIATELY, myVirtualCard has decided to cease processing for underage modeling sites. As stated last week, we were in the process of removing these sites. By Midnight tonight (12:00AM Eastern Standard Time, May 28th ), we will no longer process for these websites. We have asked all merchants dealing with these sorts of websites to remove our pay buttons from their webpages, and any other affiliation with myVirtualCard. As of midnight tonight, all underage modeling sites will be terminated. myVirtualCard has always been and continues to be committed to the adult industry. We will continue to do our absolute best to service our clients. We would also like to reaffirm our commitment to be a trusted and reliable force in the adult industry. We would like to thank the GFY community for voicing your opinion, and we welcome your comments and questions on the matter. Regards, The myVirtualCard Team |
good move MVC

Glad to hear this. :)
|
Great move guys. We're more than happy to see that you have reconsidered processing for these sites and are making a move in the right direction.
|
should have done this from the get go.
|
Too little too late IMO.......oh we don't support KP "anymore" so it's ok to do business with us.
Bullshit |
Good move.....
Sometimes it feels good to be a part of GFY... not often.... but sometimes |
I would never have started processing for something like that.
|
too little , too late .
the fact that they did at all is bad enough |
so are they back on nats now?
|
It was easy money as long as you stayed under the radar. After some negative attention on a big board a couple of times and people dropping you you suddenly change your policy.
How sad. If noone has brought you heat here you still wouldve processed for sites with 8 yr old girls you sick fuckers. Fucking hypocrite pedos. |

Good move. Maybe a little too late though.

Well i think its good you guys are taking a stand now. I'm not sure your credibility will get any better for a few years though..
From following the links lee posted , it becomes rather obvious mvc is the main processor for these type of sites ( legal , maybe , sick yes ) So by closing those accounts you will obviously be losing a big profit maker, so that in itself says VOLUMES to me. and kudos for the move.. Many times peoples views do not follow the LAWS. IBILL STOLE people's money ( illegal ). Yet gfy still advertises them MVC processes sick sites ( legal? ) yet gfy pulled them. ( dont get me wrong i agree with the move ) It just shows that "legal" and "illegal" dont really mean much in the business world , its all about the money. MVC realises they will make more money by NOT alienating the rest of the world by processing questionable sites |
Anyone remember the thread that started it al?
:warning I am always right :warning |
about f'ing time :2 cents:

MVC have been rebilling upto $99 a month for this shit.... Thats a lot of cash to lose. We asked them to stop and it seems they have...... Maybe we should give them the benefit of the doubt this time |
Good news - now they will all be running round like headless chickens again looking for a billing Co.

I can recall 3 other major processors that 3 years ago or less were processing for same sites. That's for those that weren't around or have short memories.

"That is incorrect. Our plan has been known for many months to get rid of these merchants...."
:1orglaugh :1orglaugh oh my God, are you their spokesperson :1orglaugh :1orglaugh 1: Why did you do it in the first place? They probably needed someone to proccess their own underage sites. 2: Why did it take months to stop them? They need the money... It's obviously a company not built for long term.. Who on the right mind would use CP to build a business name... They sucked the funds out, thats obvious, but tarnished their name in doing so... Can you say no college degree? See ya'll users later when GFY posts announce MVC are not responding, errr are nowhere to be found |
This is great news, I knew they would do the right thing.

We stand behind our name. We regret that we made some poor choices, but we are here to fix it. |
Its a step but like many said wrong choice from the beginning on.
|
Very good move Josh, I am very happy to hear that:thumbsup
Anyone who is looking for a 3rd party processor should talk to MVC. We have been using them for about an year and so far their services has been nothing but great! |

In the event that you missed the questions as posted by Franck... 1: Why did you do it in the first place? 2: Why did it take months to stop them? |

shouldn't of processed them in the first place, why is everyone congradulating them?

2) As I have explained in earlier threads, we had to slowly phase out these merchants, lest we risk excessive chargebacks etc... If we would have killed their billing on the spot, the merchants could have potentially asked their clients to file a chargeback. We have been getting rid of these merchants slowly for months already. |

Have you ever seen how these sites are promoted? I have run across them, its a bunch of fucking childporn keyword top lists promoting undersaged teens then they might have some non nude content pay site... thats fucked up that you are pleading ignorance and legality. you dam well know it's tied to KP If their promotion is illegal how can their site be? the content may be legal, but definatealy not how its marketed.. |
