We treat all of the Adult.com players as a team. Amp included. Just ask any of the other current or former members of the team, they are not bound by any contracts that limit what they can say. There were even some that were let go for dishonestly (which I never mention) that don't talk shit. But this Amp defies logic. Yes, he has serious emotional ups and downs, it's no secret around here. But I always paid him twice a month, and paid him better than he ever made on his own, with no complaints and was real patient while he did or didn't do his work. And make no mistake, he sent me an email out of the blue one day saying he was burned out and was quitting. I still have a copy of it. He also said he was going to take another job to try to get his head on straight.

So what the fuck did I do to him to get him disclosing real or imagined personal info about me, my homes, pets, cars, relatives, etc. I don't give a rat's ass what anyone here as done or said to you, keep my personal life the fuck out of it.

Not only have you ruined any credibility you have left, but you hurt the reputation of your current employer. Platinum Renaldo doesn't have a job anymore for far less.

Well now....I've been shooting for the last 8 hours straight.

I get back and my ICQ is going off like crazy. Seem that I missed a bunch of the action.

Yea i was blown away, i've always been civil with Amp, made sure he had freelance work at the companies i was employed. Plugged his work & everything else.

Then he just decides to call me an ignorant drug addict out of the blue.

He's cut off.

Near as I can figure out Amp's stragegy, Pimpdogg and he got into it... pimpdogg said something borderline death threat, and Amp figured he would try and force you (Lens) to enforce your own rules and ban Trey for it.

Posting personal stuff about your family is completely out of line.
By doing this he has ensured that Lens will never be there for him when he needs it. Not only that but I'm sure many others will turn their back on him as well.

If you haven't fired him yet you have to. Otherwise it will affect every employee in your companies mindset.

I am in total shock. I am on vacation for the holiday weekend and can't even log in to a computer where I am at right now. I just got back to my room and had several voicemails about this shit. it took me awhile to get caught up browsing all these threads on my phone.

all I can say is wow. I can not believe that someone especially someone who was treated so well by lens for so long would resort to this type of action.

we all know you are going to know you were in the wrong when you take the time to think about what you said amp. you may want to use some of that thought process in the future before you make posts that anyone who would take a second to step back and think about them would know they were unwise in their actions before they made them.

Lens you have always impressed me with the way you run GFY. Really I remember being in the office and you explaning the whole to band or not band stuff and I was shocked. The amount of supervision that has to go on to run this thing is HUGE :thumbsup
