Fuck all y'all. I hardly eat anything these days. The only reason I am still fat is because I sit at this computer all damn day. Funny thing is... I have lost 3 to 5 pounds each week for the last 3 weeks. I deserve some pizza as a self reward.

I am gonna go get it, photograph it, and post it.

Aaron -- I lost 30 pounds in 3 months by not eating pizza and fast foods, and my half-assed working out 3 times a week for 30 minutes a session, and frequenting healthy Choice microwave dinners, with vitamin supplements...

if i can end up with 500cals/day believe me i'm gonna do it. Today i got less than 1000cals I think. I ran for 45min without any problem in the noon. I receive some good amounts of vitamins and other stuff. My goal is to loose 20pounds in about a month. For some of you might sound a lot, but for me it sounds possible. My main problem is that i dont know if i should stay away from weights or not this period.

If you are taking in only 500 calories a day (I am assuming you are on a half assed starvation type diet) weights are gonna be just about worthless. Unless your lifting like a woman, ie not for bulk, not heavy. You cant bulk up and lose weight at the same time very easy. It can be done but serious muscle requires ALOT of protein and that equals calories. So basically it is one or the other.

If you can get yourself to get up in the whenever you wake up and do an hour on an eliptical machine BEFORE you eat anything, 1 hour half assed on an eliptical is 400 calories burned easy. And on an empty stomach, its eating nothing but fat and muscle.

The simple fact of the matter is just burn more calories than you take in to lose weight. If you are starving yourself, the first 7 pounds or so you see gone are gonna be water loss.

There really is no need to starve yourself. Cut your sugar and carb intake, eat alot of chicken and tuna, exercise, and you will see a difference. May not go as fast as you would like, but nothing is more hellish than a starvation diet. Would you rather take 2 months to lose the weight and feel good. Or sit around all day weak and dying for something to eat?

20 lbs in a month? easy. If you went apeshit, you could do it in two weeks easy. Go get some Androstene (not sure where you are it is illegal in come countries but not in the USA) and jack your metabolism thru the roof.

Just be sure you make every one of them count; eat good food and eat frequently during the day. How much do you weigh?

I agree with everything [Labret] said, but stay away from steroids unless you're going into competition bodybuilding ~ not something to be taken lightly. Androstene and all anabolics have dangerous side effects.
Now don't go raging on me [Labret]!

Try an egg white omelet for breakfast (about three eggs), with a slice of nonfat cheese, and nonfat turkey slice in the middle. Lunch, 1/2 can of tuna, nonfat cheese slice melted over, steamed vegi side. Dinner, fatfree chicken breast (about 5 oz), with vegies. You should have about three snacks in between, 2 vegis and 1 protein shake. Then do a shake 20 minutes after your workout. Sound good? If you're a snacker like me you'll want to always have some carrot sticks or broccoli handy.

I lost about the same on Atkins. I went from a 38 waist down to around 33'ish now in about 3 months. It works really well for me but I'd kill for a bowl of pasta or a pizza right now.

Labret, i want to avoid weights this period because whenever i combined diet and weights i end up gaining than loosing. That is happening because i'm used to heavy weights and when i'll go to gym i'm gonna do the regular program and the organism will require more proteins and carbons having as result to get plenty k of calories/day. In the past i didn't faced any serious starving problem. I get a daily x quantity of dymetadryn x-treme which is ephedrine combined with caffein and some other things. It gives me LOT of energy and burns fat. I'll follow your advise to extend the period of time to 2 months and increase the # of cals. For sure it's more healthy and the correct way to go. It's just I get paranoid having these extra pounds.... I cant say steroids are illegal here since you can go to a pharmachy and get all the equipment hehe. I try to stay away from them, although I know there's a false judgement about a lot of things surrounding steroids. I can say i was "born" in a gym where pro bbuilders train and I've seen all the sides. Unless someone is facing organic problems, some cycles won't hurt him while a strong drunk in rare cases can kill him. Of course this is not valid when it comes to heavy pro bbuilders where their bodies are small chemical factories with an expection life lower than sixty. Current Mr Olympia competitors? Let me suggest the Body for Life Diet it combines diet and exercise and the weight drops off pretty damn fast. I lost 34 pounds in 2 and a half months doing it half-assed. It requires dedication but the end result is so worth it. There is a book that guides you through it that you can pick up at any book store.

Bah, Andro and any of its derivatives are not steroids. It mimics steroids in that it jacks your testosterone up around 600% but thats about it. Its not a synthetic drug. Its not illegal in the USA for that reason. I am unaware of any significant damage caused from using andro or any andro stack. Some stacks may lead to increased estrogen but there are ways to control that.

But that ephedrine caffeine stack you are taking is brutal on the heart. Remember all the trouble those people on metabolife were having with their heart valves? That shit is far more dirty chemically than andro.

GHB....hm, i havent tried and i'm not sure if it actually works. I have read both that it really has results and that it does nothing. A must supplement i have tried is creatine. It can do miracles.
