I remember a good friend going through a similar situation, he stuck around, paid everyone off and went on to become very successful (still is) in this business...

Give snow your contact and account info so you can get the money you are owed. I can see you running your mouth and acting like a degenerate if he was not willing to pay you, but hes asked you three times in the same thread, that ive counted, for your info so he can get you your cash. If you are not willing to do what is need to get your money you have absolutley no right to say anything about the matter.

He was just the sales rep for this arena of dialer companies and Tyler who did the payouts.

The payouts didnt go out, and Snow was left out to dry. Simple as that.

Snow never handled the payouts. The checks were always from the Smutcash Office.

bu snow using his own $$ to pay some of you guys is a class act.. It is his own $$ if he is doing that.

He shouldnt be the one doing this. Smutcash should be.

snow advertized COUNTLESS time that VIP Dialer was HIS PROGRAM. Ill post the threads to proove it if need be. But im sure most of you have already seen it countless of times. This is already known. Then after all the shit went down he denied responsibility and claimed he did NOT own VIP Dialer and that Tyler had mismanaged these funds.

Another simple fact=
After denying responsibility snow created an "alter-ego", a fake name on AWI, to speak in defense for himself, claiming to be another person, and then amusingly he got nabbed and exposed by the Administrators there. Same IP on both users.

Yet ANOTHER simple fact=
When you confront GIB about the situation they have no problem telling you that tyler had little to do if not nothing to do with the issue with VIP Dialer, but when you inquire about snows role they refuse to comment. Wonder why.

Telcoweb and GIB no longer allow snow to handle his own payments ....

When will people learn that lying turn into a horrible snowball effect? One, then another, then another, and pretty soon everyone thinks you're a pathetic sniveling sack of shit desperate to save face...

BUT THERE IS HOPE!

Atleast there is being an effort made to correct this problem, and with that I give snow much respect, because most in this situation would basically tell webmasters to go fuck themselves while cruising around in theyre nice new Beamer.

The truth of the matter is it does not matter who did what with any money, the simple fact remains that there were unmistakable lies, and since snow promoted the program and people signed up to the program under the impression snow ran it HE IS RESPOSIBLE for making sure that the people who signed up with him get paid.

Simple as that.

Snow may honestly have absolutley no fault in the matter, at all. And i will give him the benifit of the doubt. But if he did not want to be held responsible for lost funds, he should not have promoted the program as his own and let tyler do the dirty work for him. Everyone makes mistakes, and hopefully he will learn from his.

And finally hes standing up like a REAL businessman and taking the responsibility.

I hope all works out well, everyone gets paid, and everyone comes out of this smarter and more observant. It should have been handled long ago, but atleast now there will be some progress, hopefully in the weeks to come we will be hearing from webmasters who have gotton thier VIP payments from snow..

If not, well then I guess this shit will be going on for quite some time... We will just have to wait and see.

Im only going on what Ive been told and what has been posted by snow and others on miscellaneous forums and threads. None of us will know until GIB gets off their lazy fucking asses and finally clears this shit up... They have a solem responsibility, and if they have any respect for the people they do business with they will and should have no problem sticking up for snow and telling the truth of these past matters.
