I called to get control of the account and you have put a security password on it? You're a real piece of work.

If I still had control over the current number it would be valid. Getting a new number means reprinting all of my business materials. As of right now that fucker has my number ringing to The Hudson Hotel in New York City.

All of my phone services ask me for the last 4 digits on the credit card used to pay for or sign-up for the account. Call your telco, tell them who you are, offer them proof it's YOUR phone number/account, and they should switch it over to you.

We had a business arrangement together on a mainstream company deal. He bought out my interest in that company but I had the number established for another company first an he knows this. That number was not part of the deal and I am still the one getting billed for it. I could shut off that dredit card but that does not resolve the issue that I need that number.
