250k bloated fuckin piece of shit. Crashes daily blah blah :mad:

I dumped it as well..it took over certain things and I had to assign another account so fuck it..I'll use something more stable

What version are you using? 1.01 is out now and I haven't had any problems since I updated. 1.0 ALWAYS crashed on me.

For some reason, whenever I click any link from http://www.victoriassecret.com, firefox crashes. I've tried it many times... pretty strange.

i've never had firefox crash on me once. and its faster then IE now.

im using 1.0.1 or whatever is the newest, the damn thing balloons to over 250k everyday then crashes. God if it werent for IE headaches I would dump this shitbox right now

Hmmmm. Haven't had any problems since updating. Not a computer whiz by any means, so I couldn't even begin to tell you where to look. I'll ask my tech guy though. He's pretty good with Mozilla shit.

I have that problem sometimes, I can't wait for the next update to come. It's long overdue.

Same here. Only issue is still some sites have content that doesn't mix well with Firefox but that'll change soon.

I run this pc stable for 7 months now, restarting only when I update windows.

Windows XP Pro, SP1 + all updates
SP2 sucks donkey balls

Firefox is extremely stable browser.

the newest 1.0.1 or whatever, every single day it hits 250kb in task manager and then fuckin hangs forever, gotta kill it manually. Tons of these complaints on the firefox forums, I mean tons. Its obviously not me

Sometimes that happens to me too. When ever I feel that FF is starting to lag, I close it down and restart my session (all tabs are intact). Just download the extension that allows you to save your currnt session.

No. Firefox *does* crash. Often. It's buggy and you should not use it. Please.

(Firefox is successful because people don't use it in the same numbers as IE. As it becomes more popular the viruses, trojan horses, buffer overflow exploits, will become more common and we're back to square one.)

I'm the power-user, multitasker that opens 3 different browser windows with like 5 tabs in each.

And yes, Firefox DOES crash, but it's still better than IE in so many ways.

Doesn't crash here. Check up your PC for viruses and other shit.

I am having a problem with the screen moving up and down on its own. Moved about 1/8 of an inch up can down non stop.
