Kid admits to telling lies about Michael Jackson
he is gonna get off because these kids are fucking telling LIES ON THE STAND and UNDER OATH
http://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/wireStory?id=562134 |
SANTA MARIA, Calif. Mar 8, 2005 ? A 14-year-old boy who testified that Michael Jackson molested his brother acknowledged under cross-examination Tuesday that the pop star didn't show him a sex magazine that the prosecution had introduced into evidence. The witness also said he lied under oath in a separate civil lawsuit.
|
he already got off and thats why hes on trial
|
of course he will walk
|
Oh god. Hes gonna get off.
|
If he promises to make another album as Thriller they should lower the sentence
|
sig spot :glugglug

"Did someone tell you to lie in the J.C. Penney case?" Mesereau asked.
"I don't remember," the boy said. When Mesereau asked him to tell the jury why he lied under oath, the boy said: "I don't remember. It was five years ago. I don't remember nothing." no money this time oooh :( |
Bwahahahahahahahahaha!
Apparently Mom didn't brief the boy on what to say. She's not getting $$ this time. |
No bling bling d'is time kiddies.

This part is really shady "Jackson's attorney also referred to a civil suit the boys' mother filed against a department store company over an encounter with security guards. The mother claimed she was sexually assaulted and the family was beaten by the store guards. The defense contends the suit shows the family has a history of filing false claims to get money"
The mother has sued other people in the past... She seems like a money hungry bitch to me... |
wow.. so mj can get off

How about he is going to get off because he didn't do it? |
ah true, but thats not exactly why this case would go this way.
if he gets off due to THIS and not due to evidence, i would be correct, however, if he got off due to lengthy court trial, and was found innocent that would be different. winning a pool game because the other guy scratches on the eightball has never been considered a "win" to me. win by default doesnt equate innocence, i do however see your point ;) |
If he is guilty he will get off cause of all his millions!
In the US everyone but Martha wins cause of their money. Or he may actually be a really nice guy, and not have molested any of those kids. |
I honestly don't know what the hell to believe.
|
I think, he's just an easy target. Look at him, he already looks like a weirdo, the rest is easy.

Sorry, but the more I watch this, the more it reminds me of the McMartin Preschool Trial. Everyone had them convicted too . . . .until the testimony started. |

i have been trying to put my feelings about this case into words and couldnt until you clearly illustrated it. It is like the pool game - not a 'win'. |

i have SINCE DAY ONE!!! said let the court decide. i wont dig up posts but i was on this board saying let the courts decide when this shit came out man. the court IS deciding, and i already agreed with you i have no idea why you think i disagree... |
Quote:
i have never considered it a win. the other guy lost, but i didnt win. you either BEAT someone at pool, or you dont. |
Quote:
no. regardless of anything, if he gets off due to lies under oath, that does NOT mean he is innocent. i went NO DEEPER |
It doesn't matter if he is innocent, the media already made sure he will never be seen as anything but guilty anyway...
|

But as long as you agree with me, it is all good :) |
he still seems guilty to me

LOL ummm love ya baddog but how about... MJ is a Text Book child Molestor and "Never Land" is nothing but kiddie bait. A first year psych student could tell you that michael jackson fits the profile of a text book Child Molestor. During the first interview with Martin B. he admits to saying to the cancer victim "if you love me you will sleep in my bed" That is some serious child molestation manipulation :Oh crap :2 cents: |

i cant word my thoughts correctly all the time. i said nowhere on this board EVER, that he was guilty. my point still stands in that regard: if he gets off due to a kid telling lies under oath, why would one assume that means his innocence? that is the exact same as because you scratched on the eightball, my pool skills are better than yours. not the case. technicalities do not mean innocence. now, on the other hand. Say the kid was not caught in a lie, and despite his testimony Michael was found INNOCENT, dont you think that would carry more weight than getting off on a technicality? that was my simply point.... sorry i cant word this shit right. i havent drank or smoked pot in so long sobreity fucks me up more than intoxicants :1orglaugh |
i hope it shows that the kids were lying.
|
I`m just waiting for that guy "The King" to see this thread, as soon as that happens its all on haha, hes like that police officer dude on that "Jeffersons" ep of South Park :)

What a mess !!!!!

Exactly. While Jackson is a freak, I don't think he molested this kid (it wouldn't surprise me if he did, but I doubt it). |

thats sarcasm btw. |
the first 100 times he is innocent.....
