as i explained to webair either rob or andy in the second call i did it because i was on the fence about getting a box with them. and also i found the phone relay service interesting and wanted to try something funny. after the first call i asked them to fix up this security routine mistake and they promised they will do it.

nothing about this was meant to make them look bad, just a heads up that this was possible with them.
