They really are. They could have changed the payout dates but did not inform their clients. What they are doing is pure and simple theft. If they can't pay out at all or on time they shouldn't be allowed to keep on processing, its that simple. They are still processing normally so its bad faith, nothing more.
A couple of very big players have asked me to wait until the end of the month before I take action. They will help me out starting next month. I think they are in denial but it won't take more than one week for them to wake up.

Yes they are. hard to believe isn't it? I'll post complete details soon, I'm waiting to see how things end up this week. I'm giving Ross (the new guy in charge at MS) a chance. He's new and in my opinion, he deserves it. If he misses the boat and fed me bullshit, I will fry them all.

They aren't. I have all I need to know about them. Ross is apparently trying to fix things. Within a couple of days we'll be settled. We'll know if they want to resolve all their pending issues as they claim, or if they are just trying to gain some time. They can use fake name (it isn't the case) but they can't fake a merchant account and a merchant bank, no matter if they are dealing as middlemen or not.

I HOPE ROSS WILL PULL THIS SHIT TOGETHER. He'd have my outmost respect if he did.

Even if you guys get paid i wouldn't suggest using them. This isnt the first time this has hapend with them. Look around google and you'll see tons of people who have been getting scammed for a while. The only reason they are trying to fix things with you guys is becuase this is a pretty big board full of tons of potention clients that could make tons of sales daily and thats more money for them. If in 3 or 4 months they start scamming again im just goign to laguh my ass off at whoever continues to use them.

If they are an ISO under SKNANB it wouldn't be hard to get in touch with the right folks at the bank and shut em down.

MerchSolutions and myVirtualCard are not and have never been involved in any kind of business together. My being part of MVC is totally unrelated to the MS incidents. Just wanted to clear that up.

Well I spoke with Ross last week and was told that my wire would be sent out on monday, on tuesday I was told that there was a bank delay and the wire was sent out that day, now on friday still no money and Ross told me that "the bank" told them that there is a "delay" and the money should arrive in 3 days... Sound like Dingo at all???

I just got an email from Merchant Solutions yesterday that 'my account was approved'.

Not only is this an account which was submitted months ago, but it was also canceled by me a long time ago because they could not get it together - not to mention all the bad vibes associated with this bunch.

Apparently Ross wired the funds due yesterday. I'll get confirmation this morning (in California) by the gateway provider who will be recieving my funds. If they didn't pay out, all hell's gonna break loose. I will put them out of biz and get their processing stopped no matter how much time it takes or how complicated it might prove. I already took some important legal measures but I won't mention them here and now. It all depend on the honesty of Ross but I have no reason to doubt him for the moment... Maybe he did send out a first batch of wires (which he confirmed to me as sent yesterday) and couldn't get them all out in one shot. Let's stay open minded (if its still possible with these people!)
He didn't tell me he had sent all the wires but he said that mine was sent. What they owe me represents 50% of what they owe to the gateway provider so I'm a big chunk already. I WON'T LET ANYBODY DOWN and will stay on their backs until everybody is paid... the ones who contacted me that is and I will let everybody know what is and has been going on in the background. Stay tuned...

No matter, I will get them both in that case. The mental institute will take care of both of HIM. The merchant account and acquiring bank cannot have multiple personalities and that's where I'm gonig to hit.
Furthermore, the manager of that (bogus) company will be held legaly responsible for fraud (among other things). You can't hide behind a limited liability company in a case like this.
I don't give a damn, they pay or they pay (in an other way). I think they have a choice.
Why didn't you ever take legal action? Crying on the boards isn't enough. Have you got something to hide? What are you afraid of?
