If you had a gambling problem, and vowed to quit, would you make an exception for the Superbowl and bet on the Pats??

A friend of mine has a gambling problem, I was wondering if it were smart for him to make an exception for the superbowl and put 10k on it..

On the Pats of course.

I quit gambling after Vegas and haven't even bought a lotto ticket since.

I've thought about it and I'm not betting on the Pats even though I've been a fan for years!
