Stupid fucking bitch downstairs is already complaining about noise
 

I just unpacked my electronic drumkit and i jam on it for an hour and she's already complaining. The thing is fucking silent and if she's hearing anything it's probably not very loud.

This Roland TD-6S, my first drumset ever since I quit playing over 4 years ago. I can barely resist the urge to play it, last night I didn't sleep because I was so excited for today.

Nice, didn't want to spend too much on a kit to begin with since i hadn't played in over 4 years.

As for the house i'm really resisting the urge as I want to get an 8+ unit apartment building in the near future, i can always kick someone living on the first floor then.

You're screwed. Does this chick ever leave the apartment? If so, play when she's not home...then you'll get along well. Otherwise, she's probably just going to complain to your building owner every time you play and eventually get you kicked out.

evrytime you kick the bass pedal she's going to feel it and hear it. Happened to the drummer in the last band I was in, hwne he moved into a duplex. He was all excited about his new elect kit, then found out what the real deal is. he never used it again in the house. Here in LA you can rent hourly rehearsal rooms with drum kits for like $15 an hour... alll you gotta do is bring your own cymbals... maybe there is something similar where you live.

when my neighbours bitch, i just turn it as loud as i can for about 1 hour straight, and than i put it back at normal level, and they no longer bitch.

I hate people that bang, when they bang its most likly for a stupid reason, when they come to the door than its probably something worth bitching about. and nothing worth than pussies that can come and ask me nicely not to play music or some other reason. if someone downstairs is has a good reason for me to be real quiet during the day than i will no problem, bang on my fucking floor and be an ignorant fuck and i will give no respect back, especially if my music is just loud enough for someone to hear.. oh shit i hear the neighbours i better bang on the floor.

Well i play my music loud during days and weekends and never got a problem with them, I played kinda late, she said until 5PM it's fine but i mean I usually come back from work or school after that.
I'll be able to play during the day hopefully, not sure if she has a bf at home or some shit like that, most young people in my neighborhood don't live alone because rents are so damn expensive.
Worst case i'll take the set to my office, there's an extra room here and it's on the first floor.

I'm bringing my kit to my new place. I don't think my neighbors will care too much. But I will have to downsize my drum & cymbal sizes eventually.
