Did you always get an orange in your x-mas stockings too?
Every single year, no matter how many times I'd let it sit and go rotten... I'd still get an orange in my stocking the next year.
One thing that's for sure... I'll never put my child through that... NO MORE ORANGES! |
i never did.. but I did get a razor one year. :(

Yep always got one and now I do it with my kids, after the chocolate I use to eat the orange next. I remember my nan telling me the stories of the oranges being expensive and a real treat to get.

Yep. Also a Hershey bar, a candy cane, and one of those storybook looking things that opened up and had about 8 or 10 rolls of different flavored life savers.

I got the shelled walnuts, almonds, etc..... and the books with the lifesavers etc... a hollow chocolate santa and usually some sort of earrings or something from avon that gave me a allergic reaction.
My brother always got contact lens solution in there too.. ha |

"throw this thing away, never know what those crazy old people put in there... just like apples on halloween, could bite into it and get a needle or something!" and she would always get mad... |
