My fitness training site is ready. Signup now and get FIT! ;)

HealthyGo Online Fitness Training

Want to look like me? Of fucking course you do!

http://www.dreamache.com/trainerthumb.gif
My sexyness from eating right and training hard rivals the likes of JUICY!

Now, on a more serious note...

I've worked hard on this and it's definitely worth it. Signup and within 24 hours I prepare a fitness plan (very in depth diet plan and workout plan). Easy to understand, and will answer most - if not all of your questions. Any questions you DO have, I answer 'em all in the members area. It's a continual client/trainer relationship during your stay (you can stay as long as you like). I have the plans setup over the course of an 18 week period of 3 phases.

Check out the tour: www.healthygo.com/tour.php

-------------------------------------------------

aside from the spam, give me your opinions of the site / tour.

....those who give me a nice critique of the site will get a membership for free. I need the opinions and the quotes :winkwink: (btw, the few that signed up before for free, let me know - i redid a lot of stuff)

Site looks good. Although I think the tour could be handled a little better. Its too cluttered :2 cents: Too much to read on each page. The screen shots distract me from the left panel. I'm a health nut and would love to take a look at your members area.

sweet design. good luck with it.

I notice a lot of the physical problems people often complain about here (attributed from sedentary lifestyles sitting on the computer 24/7) I don't have to deal with.

The only difference between them and myself is 45 minutes. 45 minutes of weight training and I'm just a bit more conscious of what I eat.

That 45 minutes of breaking away from the computer each day, can change your life in so many ways you can't even begin to comprehend it - physically and emotionally.

You naturally feel a LOT better health-wise, you feel better about yourself, you're able to sleep better, and you start lookin good. And most importantly, you literally add years to your life and you avoid cancer and other serious health conditions by simply choosing better foods to eat, and exercising a bit.

iFliPcEss 12-10-2004 12:52 AM

congrats! you got a good site, it looks good

Drake 12-10-2004 12:52 AM

Nice:thumbsup

galleryseek 12-10-2004 12:53 AM

Also - the past month I've been working hard and focusing more on these sites and I haven't gone to the gym as much as usual (usually I go 5 days a week).

And I notice sitting on the computer for a straight 6 to 8 hours is INSANITY! It just isn't healthy, and at a point you begin to feel tired and just weirded out. I'm able to notice this because I'm used to taking that hour or so break inbetween. But for those of you who do this day in and day out, you won't notice it since you're used to it.

However, if you begin to take some time out in the middle of your day to exercise, you will start feeling a lot better. I can practically guarantee it.

pradaboy 12-10-2004 05:27 AM

looks good man, maybe this will help me get back to the weights... I've been ignoring them for 2 months now while I was just starting to see some good results :(

Manowar 12-10-2004 05:38 AM

looks great, it will go well for ya

JJSLIMM 12-10-2004 06:35 AM

I like this site. It's very clean...Looks like you thought of everything if your into working out and staying on track. I personally like the calender feature. Maybe I am totally off but I think this is great for poeple who work out but not sure if the out of shape person will feel ready enough in joining this site right off the bat for 14.95 a month.

Why not offer a free type of trial consoltation with very limited features just to get them in site and taking that next step? Espessially if your trying to create sort of community type feeling. I see that you have a picture feature ..so maybe when free members are in they can see the results of other members before /after pictures to intise them more to get going on their plan.. Kinda how a dating site works making them think they need the full membership to fully benifit.. As someone who works out this is great but I think a free version to set up an account might do better for you espessally for the out of shape person that has never worked out and is only thinking about it..

Remember their already lazy make it easy for them ;)

Cross promote to diet pills when they cancel membership:)

good site i like.... good luck with it...

thanks for the comments.

good ideas, I will do that a little bit down the road, offer a free trial of sorts. It'd be difficult however to show any good amount of before & after pictures since this is a new service.

TurboAngel 12-10-2004 11:47 AM

Tala 12-10-2004 11:52 AM

Outstanding! I know you've been working your ass off on this. CET would probably love it too. I'll send him your way.

What about women? Do you take into account the "fairer sex" when you're doing up the analysis? If not, it might be wise to think about doing that. I know I'd love an account on the site, but I don't want to end up looking like you. No offense, but somehow a chick with huge biceps probably isn't a great turn on.

jwerd 12-10-2004 11:54 AM

definately got me to go past page 1, nice design and great idea :)

i practice macrobiotics, and noticed that from just changing from a diary/meat diet to more whole grains and natural foods my life has been so much better. I feel better, more confident, and most of all, happy :)

It's for women and men :) Once I can get before and after pictures I will be able to sell that point a bit better.

You can get rid of dairy, I haven't had dairy for the past 2 years (gained a lactose intolerance). :)

Although it is a good source of protein, gotta train and force those muscles to grow :)
