The rates are 6% and 90¢ per transaction from what I saw on their site. We just setup another adult account at Netbilling for 4.5% and 30¢ for a domestic account. and they handle all of our customer service 24/7 too.

whats the monthly minimum on that domestic? Merch solutions told me 7.5 to start fresh no volume and 45cents per transaction
