Yes. I said I would try to get back earlier but it was like pulling teeth to get info from Ibill that we needed to see what was owed to affiliates.

Good job, this isn't the first time I see triplexcash cleaning up the mess after a fucked up billing processor :thumbsup

We do not know the past and are not interested. We took over the site on the First of this month and from then on it was a Triplexcash site.

But in the interest of all previous webmasters we are paying off past dept.

Whats sad is you can count on 1 hand in the entire industry the guys that cover for all aspects of there business with solid biz ethics and honesty even when the pressure is on high alert.

Just got off the phone with Paolo.

Sounds very very promising coming from a highly reputable company. I know he made good on WSB a while back when they did not pay.

I look forward to receiving my check and doing biz with him in the future.

We've done 10's of thousands of dollars in biz with Paolo and Triplexcash, never a problem, all payments on time. :thumbsup

Actions speak louder than words, Triplexcash has earned everyone's respect.

Yes, the previous site owner (Jim) arranged for I-Bill to send him the payments and he was going to pay affilaites himself back in March/2004 but checks never came.

On 08/26/04 I-Bill switched him back to them paying out affiliates since he wasnt but we all know the situation with I-Bill now so checks didnt come from them either.

"Jim" also forgot to mention to Triple X about the previous monies owed to affiliates that he didnt pay out before I-Bill switched him back and only sent a list of what I-Bill is now holding so they have no record of what he hasnt payed in the past.

I wouldn't go so far as to say we're blaming anyone for anything.

Just trying to keep our affiliates happy and making money with us.

a company is only as good as those they do business with. any credibility Triple X had is now gone after dealing with james vanderslice.
either they overlooked his shady dealings, or did not delve into the situation enough before giving him enough money to support his crack habit for another few days, either of which is unacceptable.

You could have used your own nickname to do this post or you plan to stick around with this? Point me to a negative aspect of TripleXcash's movement please.

Im sure the affiliates he stole from before the switch back to ibill "paying" directly can point you in a lot of directions. dont have to do much research to find out james vanderslice has burned bridges that cant be fixed. hell, someone even thought they could bail enron out at one point. a knight on a white horse aka XXX can't do a whole lot if all they have to work with is a giant pile of shit.

Same bullshit we got when we took over PC everyone got paid and is getting paid. there will always be haters.

My "guess" is that they tried to help Jim out and he shit on them too by not telling about his past debts to affiliates and made it sound like a cash flow problem due to I-Bill's current situation.

If anyone that reads this post continues to do business with him in any way beware and dont say you were not warned.

Exactly how it is. Appreciate what triplexcash is doing, but i think they should put pressure on him to pay back the affiliate money he kept in his pocket.

all the videos on that site are 404... i was supposed to get a free membership to get content to promote it... never did... so i signed up...

XXX cash is negligent to do business with jim vanderslice. not paying affiliates is the tip of the iceberg. the guy has a massive problem with cocaine and abusing women, apparently including girl(s) on his website, not to mention other shady dealings. is XXX now accountable or condoning those actions? what exactly are the terms of these two being in bed together? does XXX even know

We are doing this more for the affiliates. I like the site and a lot of the affiliates that were using Nebraskacoeds are affiliates of ours. So I hate seeing our guys get screwed also

So I guess I can say I am doing it for our affiliates.
Why would there be a problem for trying to straighten things out.

As far as JIm is concerned I do not know if there are personal problems. I only met him twice before and he sent traffic to collegefuckfest.

So this is straight business and we are trying to save a good converting website and pay webmasters back for other peoples mistakes that were made in the past.

Normally I would agree with you, but after speaking with Paolo, he truly is a class act, and sounded sincere with making things right for affiliates. I am just glad I am finally getting paid. And trust me when I say I could be the biggest Vanderslice hater out there.

vanderslice sent out an email saying he is still in charge of content and a bunch of other shit. lets pretend everyone gets what they are owed, even though XXX clearly has no concept of what he owes people... even still, his problems are not close to over based on his "personal problems" which are very much a part of how he does business! who takes the hit? vanderslice? XXX cash? both? or is it ultimately the affiliates who are being tricked into dealing with vanderslice again. XXX cash could have been the definition of trustworthy before, but you lie down with the dogs, you wake up with the fleas. in these streets you are only as good as your last transaction...xxx is as good as that dirtbag
