So last week I got an amazing real job... an assistant real estate buyer...

Company perks... free downtown apt and profit sharing

My qualifications: none

Well, I had a business dinner the other night with the owner..
and after having some wine he confesses that I only got the job because of my looks and now wants to incorporate my working for him and dating him.

For once I wish I could be a dude and get a job for my qualifications and not my ASSests....

He's 15 years older than me, and totally creepy. Tonight I am going to tell him that I quit...

Now I'm no legal counsel (though I required the services of a few) but that sounds pretty thick in the middle of sexual harassment in the workplace. Maybe you should talk to a lawyer before quitting.

If he's half the jerk you've made him sound like, let him know you've talked to a lawyer (even if you haven't) and he'll shit his pants. Hey you may walk away with a fairly generous severance package to boot. :D

I would keep him hoping, get enough experience and then if he becomes 'bad' start taping him - if you can keep him at bay & learn along the way, you'd be winning.

AFter havind that conversation with you boss, did you told him what you think of what he said. that he only hired you because of your physical assets. have you tried reasoning out with him. tell him that there is more to you than good looks. if he still insists, tell him that you had no choice but to resign. see what his reaction would be. if he won't acept it, then give him some reasons on how you would reconsider your decision. try to talk things out first. if still doesn't succeed then probably you should do something legally out of it.

Well, if you want a job based on your qualifications and not your looks...then you should stop applying for jobs that you have (as you admit) no qualifications for.
