It says on the label to keep in your mouth for 30 seconds but I usually spit it out after 10 - 15! It feels like it's burning away the lining of my mouth! That shit is torture!

Do you keep it in for the entire 30 seconds?

Yep, it tastes and smells like citrus, but here's the problem:
your toothpaste is mint, after the minty taste when you use the citrus listerine the combination tastes horrible, so if you use the citrus you'll probably want to go with the orange flavored toothpaste too...so in other words, don't bother.

The orange one rocks, but I still can't do 30 seconds.. it DOES feel like the lining of your mouth is being burned off by acid.

Right after I brush, I throw in the Listerine and swish around while I'm taking a leak. I spit it out when I'm done. If it's burns too much, you might have a gum infection.

At least 3 times a day? If you do it more then twice a day (morning and evening) you might be doing more harm then good. You can actually brush off your enamel. I knew a guy who needed to get a graft onto his gums because he brushed so often (4 times a day) that he nearly brushed his gums off.
