Have you been scammed by Disco_Stu, David Stodghill, VideoVoyeur, Brian Hicks, OAEN, Crypto, Hippidy, Lovematch, Virgins R Us, Megabondage, Adult Content Solutions, or TheAdultBrowser?

Well, guess what - they are all the same person. His name is DAVID STOGHILL.

As you can see from the page of information that I have compiled on him, he's been a busy bee. This professional conartist that has been feeding on members of our community for years now has been quite the slippery one. It took quite a bit of research and with all the help of a number of his victims coming forward and telling me of their experiences with him I eventually tracked him down to a town in North Carolina. I cannot post any of his personal information here on this board, as it goes against the rules here, but all the info you need is right on my little tribute page I created for him.

With a $2,015,676 judgment hanging over his head it made tracking him down a little difficult, but I eventually did.

I had a webmaster that doesn't work too far from where Dave is held up, take a drive to his house to verify that it was indeed his house. Well, when this guy pulled into Dave's driveway, he was greeted by Dave CARRYING A SHOTGUN. My friend asked if 'Dave' was around and the scammer said that he lived in some shack behind some delapodated house there. It was obviously a lie. It was Dave in the flesh standing there, probably with his asshole puckering. :moon

Dave has eluded the authorities sucessfully until now. The only thing that the Sheriff's did, a few years ago, to satisfy that judgment from EZ-Plug-Content, was to confiscate a few worthless items from his previous residence, which he fled afterwards. Now he is conducting online activities under his wife's name - Samantha Stodghill.

Here's the kicker - Dave has always tried to taunt me on ICQ, claiming that I had no idea where he really lived and that no one else did either.

Well, Dave made one critical mistake. When he was talking to both my friend and I on ICQ later on that night. Dave was copying and pasting what I was typing to the other webmaster, who in turn was telling me what that was (We were on the phone then). Dave mentioned a red Firebird, which this other guy had - and neither one of us ever mentioned those details to him.

The only way he could have possibly known the type and color of that car was if it was indeed him in that driveway.

hehe - neither. I am doing it as a public service. After seeing so many people being relieved of their content, traffic, and design work, for so many years, by the same person, someone had to do something about it.

I can't take all the credit. I have had a massive amount of help from dozens of you guys over the last few months. It's a shame that this preaditor still walks amongst us, but at least I can spread the word so that perhaps his reign of blatant thieft will stop, or at least slow down. I have more in store for Dave too. I have much more in store...

Here's a little bit more info:

DonovanPhillips was his single supporter, even in the face of dozens of webmaster's that have come forward telling of how they were conned by Dave.

Not to disrespect DonovanPhillips, but it was painfully obvious that he was not going to be convinced, even with a parade of victims explaining in detail what happened to them. He made the generous offer to me of putting up a portion of the legal expenses that would be involved with bring David to justice, once and for all, a few months ago.

The next day I paid a visit to my attorney and filled him in on all the details of Dave's activities. His eyes lit up and he sat up in his chair when he heard of the staggering amount of the active judgment Dave was on the run from.

My lawyer said that he wouldn't be able to do anything himself, but he did have some friends in the Federal Government that would be very happy to assist me. I am still waiting to hear back. I called a few days ago and was told that someone would be in touch with me soon that could, and will, finally put this scammer where belongs - behind steel bars.

I talked with DonovanPhillips the day before I went to my lawyer, but you know what. He was very condecending and arrogant to me while I was trying to fill him on certain details. I am sure DonovanPhillips is a nice enough guy, but I have decided to keep him out of the loop. I just had a funny feeling when I was talking to him. I believe he was just talking the talk, but never genuinely was going to help, or even wanted to.

...and yes, there's even more juicy details to come on this whole situation.

Um okay first off, the Judgement against me has been squashed for over 2 years.


Um second, thats why Randy cant collect.

and 3rd Ive never hidden, it doesnt take the FBI to track me down.


4th No sheriff has ever been to my house but if they would have been there to account for over 2 million dollars, Im sure that they would have taken everything I own.

NOT to mention the fact that Randy would have to come to where I live to FILE papers in court asking that the judgement (if it was any good) would be executable in my state.

and Last but not least, Ive told you before, I dont own a shotgun, I own a .300 WMS, it looks nothing like a shotgun.

Oh and last, I dont know anyone who drives a firebird.
