Brazil have been weak lately so it would take a lot of improvement.
Germany will deff do well. Tomorrow is going to be hell here in the UK when the English and the German play. To the people back home in the States - you have no idea what a rivalry is like until you see England and Germany (and perhaps England Vs Scotland). I reckon France in the final again. After all Euro 2000 wasn't all that long ago and they were good there.
