my first single not album was a afrika bambaatas track called planet rock back in 82 83. seen them on a show called friday night videos. knowing dam well i wanted to get that single i sold candies door to door for shoes clothes the and stuff for summer till school came back around.

GNR Apetite for Destruction, and some Dokken tape -- I got them at K-mart. I was only in 7th or 8th grade and I remember flipping out because there was a drawing of a tittie in the GNR case and I was worried my parents owuld see it.

Kill Em All! I played that fucking tape to death. I was all of 5 years old from what I remember. Saved up 2 months of allowance to buy it!

i bought an 8-track tape of Steppenwolf for my brother's birthday. It had Magic Carpet Ride on it.

I didn't like how I felt they were staring at me. I'm not that old though, got it from a garage sale around '74

The next records that I bought were the Steve Miller Band and Heart.

First album I used my own cash on was Van Halen, 5150. Cassette. Damn, that was a long time ago.

First album that was given to me: Stray Cats, cassette, by a neighbor girl.
