started in the phone sex business then saw that there is more money in content and you can build a serious affiliate network to help you market so I went after that.
Outside of exclusive content which you have mentioned before... how did you make tushycash the success it is today? What does it take to have a successful program?

I am a true believer in the honest pay site business model, everything that will make money involves work but the payoff of building a network of members that trust you is amazing.

I would not be able to build a second site if my first one was not a success, I waited 6 months after launching my first paysite before figuring it out and going on to the next one, its been 18 months and im on my 8th exclusive site.
I give my members niche content, I update weekly.
Yeah someone can build a turnkey site and make a quick buck, but its long term thinking that will let you expand your business.
Whats your biggest source of traffic?
What mistakes have you made in the biz and we can learn from?
One the best thing a person could do for their program?
Originally posted by juicylinks Thoughts on ISPS's in general and the current situation with Ibill and do you feel more programs will be moving to own merchant accounts?
I think exclusive sites will be getting their own merchant account if they dont have one yet and using it in a cascading fasion.
Its a scary thought, but here is the rule and this rule is never wrong.
In this business or in any business the SECOND you are not getting real answers or you are finding it hard to reach someone you should RUN and think of a backup plan and just move on.
Every disaster in this business had the same flow of events:
Delayed payments (because a bunch of different stories, bank error, visa blame etc)
Announcement that everything is good
Clients saying yeah they are the best
Problem with the company again and this time you cant reach noone easy
More excuses
Then a final email saying we are no longer in business but you can use us to print business cards or somethin
I know ots hard to face facts but in the long run it pays off.
Im not talking about anyone specific just I followed so many companies who went bust from biillers to affiliate programs and they all go the same way, remember the paris hilton payouts and how everyone said dont worry?

TGP/MGP (doesnt mean its bext converting)
What mistakes have you made in the biz and we can learn from?
Tons of mistakes and continue to make mistakes but they get smaller and smaller, using content providers who dont shoot themselves but go to other content providers
Using a host based on price vs. quality

Partner and exchange traffic with sites like yours, see people into spanking will join many spanking sites and guess where the best traffic for that will come from, from spanking members areas. It might seem stupid but its far from it.
There is only so much time in the day so do what will convert best even thou the traffic might be low.

just been swamped but I see it as a big void in the market, I think I saw a full page ad in muscle and fitness for somethin like it this month but none of the good features you got
Originally posted by Scherfi 1.) What niches would you say are underrated today?
2.) How much content would you say should one buy for a paysite in that nice per month?
thank you!
when it comes to niche sites (teen is not a niche and anal is so common its no longer a niche either) I think that all of them are underrated, when someone is into a certain niche he will join every decent paysite he can find
Originally posted by polish_aristocrat Oh and what are your plans for the bodyguard domains?
well there are tons of people who are or want to be bodyguards, bouncers / doorman, PI's etc by buying the 2 best names for the industry bodyguards.com and SecurityGuards.com my goal is to build a site where people can list themselves for a fee, like a directory.
Plus on sites like these there are many things you can sell, from clothing gear to reselling training videos and classes etc.
And because these sites attract people with money in most cases you can get some high end companies to advertise on it from private jet companies to home safe companies or companies who sell trained k9's etc.
Right now im still at the stage where I am writing it out
What do you see as some good mainstream industries for an SEO to acquire traffic for (other than the typical dating, gambling, pharmaceuticals)? Preferably high profit with existing affiliate programs setup.

Give them 2 options 2 join
24.95 recurring
29.95 non recurring watch a ton of people pick the non recurring even thou they could of just canceled the recurring
interesting idea..... what % that select non recurring do you find joining again for another month, etc and do they select the recurring option the second time around?
