Attn: Sept 18th NOT your avg webmaster Gathering. ( central Florida)
Everybody is Welcome, September 18th 2004 . We are going to have another Webmaster Gathering. This time we have decided it would be a great idea to jump out of perfectly good airplanes. We're all going Skydiving . I fully expect to see the usual cast of characters for this fun filled event. Over the past year or so the webmasters of Central Florida have gathered from time to time and we always have a good time.
I understand we have a few webmasters new to the lakeland/tampa/and orlando area I'm looking forward to meeting you all and having a great time. We are also trying to decide on what we would want to do in the afternoon and evening. This gathering is open for anyone who wants to get together and have a good time if you want to travel from out of town we'd love to see ya. The link above has pricing info. Yep, I have jumped before!
Felt like James Bond hanging onto the plane with your feet dangling. I wanted more... this was a tethered jump... They don't trust you to pull your own ripcord the first few jumps :( I wanted to free fall for awhile! The only way to free fall was a tandem jump... Strapped to a guy was not the way Dirty D was going to jump... Bungee jumps are another surefire adrenaline experience, I did a 500 foot jump in Costa Rica. It was awesome (and very life affirming - lol) |

I've talked it over with Tiger and we will be there and will be available to hold everyones valuables while they jump. In the event something should happened to you, we want you to know we will take care of your stuff....grin
