WTF is wrong with these ppl nowadays?
 

So a guy comes to me at July the 1st and ask me about my services.
After we talked a bit, he decided he wanted my services to build his site up.
SO he decided he wanted a 200K site wich is 4K Cash.
The after a day he decided he wanted a 100K site 2.500 Cash, with a deal, and IF I acomplished it, then another deal for the 200K
Well I ask then for the payment of 2.500 euros to start working on it and geting 100K daily unique hits on his site, as I ask to everyone.
He said he didnt wanted to pay the full amount since he already got fucked up by some one already and he was kinda "scared"
So we come up with a deal
1K cash in advance to start (and it was a pain in the ass to get it), I built the site to 50K and then IMEDIATLY once the site is was at 50K the rest of the payment to continue the work and get the site at 100K stable.

So he paid me.
I got through a divorce 3 days later, finding a new home, new dsl installation phones networks and such, so I started it with 4 weeks delay (August the 2nd).

We talked and agreed to get the site at 50K till the end of August.
I could make it at 100K by then, Im glad I didnt.
Well I got the site at 50K at the 27th of August (4 days before schedule) and asked him for the rest of the payment to continue my work.

Now comes the drama.

He reply to me saying:

"I cant pay you now, beocuse the site isnt stable" I was like UH?????????????????????????????????????????

WTF is this shit?
He hired me to grow a site to 100K not to 50K, but he wants a stable 50K site before paying me?
I have to stop the building process to showing a stable site before geting paid?

In the mean time, I got Andre from easypic to set up a trade, and guess what....
Andre got a pop-up on the site, wich I didnt even knew that existed.
After I toke a peek on the source code, I couldnt see shit, beocuse my country wanst on the dialer selected countries for the pop-up.
So I got Andre to get me the course code, wich he did, and I got inside his agp script toke a peek on the source code and there it was.

So I gently asked him.
Pay me the rest of the money missing 1.500 euros take down the pop-up (I will forget you broke my terms & conditions and my rules) I get the site at 100K in 3 weeks.
(After all I could fucked him up by stop working on the site right on that minute and not refound him, according to my terms and conditions wich he agreed on, wich he broke knowing them.)

So untill now he keeps asking for a 50K stable traffic site before paying me.
Our deal was a 100K stabel site not a 50K stable site.
If Im building a 100K site I can not stop at 50K to get it stable to show to him, and then get paid, things dont work that way.

WTF should I do with this dude?

Right now Im trying to make the right decision.
Either fuck him up and keep the cash and not working on the site (he broke the terms and conditions)
Or keep asking for the money and work the rest of the site. IF HE PAYS.

He wants a two floor house but he also wants a roof on the 1st floor before paying the workers to get the 2nd floor.

I deliver my part of the deal ppl deliver the cash.

Even last week I got a bulk order of 10 sites and we come up with a deal since its was alot of cash.
I just finished a bulk order of 32-> 200K sites with a deal and everything went fine and Im talking about 120K cash.
And thes ppl do this kinda of stunts for a 2.500.
Fuck the more I talk to this dude the more I "hate him".

Becouse I was working for a 100K site stable not a 50K site stable as I mentioned above.
So this means I will have to buy more traffic and start all over again.

well seems like he's really to worried about loseing his money and he doesn't seem to know what he really wants.

But to be honest with you.. when you guys first started your Biz around a year or so ago (I lost track of the time) I was supposed to have a few sites built by you guys. I kept getting put off and put off.. it was roughly around 3 months time that I waited if not longer. I bought a dedicated server and set everything up so I was ready.. paid to have all my scripts moved and so on..

I kept getting put off, and put off then you guys doubled your prices and wouldn't give me a discount. I had been waiting long before you raised your prices and I was ready to do at least 3 sites at the time.

So all in all you can bitch about someone else.. but your company has been pretty unbelibale as well.

So I spent the whole night working on costumizing vbulletin for tgpbuilders site, and in the morning had dentist app.

I got home and since I was too fucked up with the tooth, I went straight to sleep.

He backed up on the deal again.

I toke over TGPBuilders in full about 7 months ago on my hands and workign alone.
I contacted everyone on the waiting list, some staid with it, some left, when I anounced the rizing of the prices.
Yes I know there was alot of issues (PRICE ISSUES) in the past with tgpbuiders, becouse the services were new, prices were too low, for the brokers traffic prices, and such.... but thats the nature of the business I think.

You readed the terms & conditions in the tgpbuilders site where I state pretty clear no consoles AT ALL and even give some exemples, and you broke them.

It's the same as me contracting you to build a garage and you got 1k into it then once I decide I don't want to pay more you come and take away what I already paid for and kept the 1k to yourself.

This is not how business is done man. I'd never do biz with the client in question that's for sure, but you can't keep what he already paid you and hand himm over less of what $1k can buy him. It's like if a client hired a designer to build a 2000 dollar tour, then 1000 into it decided that half the tour built is fine. Do you think that the designer would have any right to keep the 1k tour and the money?


You will lose money because you let traffic drop. I understand but you made a mistake just as much as he did and it's up to you to give him $1k worth of TGP. it's not like he didn't pay at all. Of course, don't give him a 100k. That would just be mental :)

WHen you have a traffic flowing a site things work right, when you have to sundely sotp the feeder traffic will drop.

Lets get this in plain simple text, and not complicate it as some ppl are trying to do here.

You made a deal with me wich you didnt kept our part on it.
Our deal was a 100K stable site, never was a 50K stable site, as you try so desperetly make others belive. I have ALL our conversations on ICQ history, I can put them only in 2 minutes if you want.
Our deal was once I reached the 50K the IMEDIATLY payment of the rest of the money, wich you didnt made, I my add.
Your excuse for this, was that I was feeding the site with chockers traffic, and the site wasnt stable so you couldnt pay me.
ONCE AGAIN, deal was a 100K stable site, never was a 50K stable site, so of course the site wasnt stable and was geting feed from chockers traffic.
You after I showed you this thread, and talked to me, agreed on me seting the site at 90-100K stable, and then you would see about of the rest of the deal.
24 Hours later, you broke the deal up AGAIN.

Plain and simple dude, you cant keep your word, never did, and you will never will as far as I can see.

P.S - when you come up on icq with doubts regarding our deal, I pulled out the icq history showed to you and you ONCE AGAIN AGREED, that our deal was a 100K with IMEDIALTY payment of the rest of the cash, after the site reached the 50K, NOT STABLE.
This means you agreed a deal with me for 2 times, so please dont come up here to the board, twisting the facts that you previously AGREED ON.
