Sorry guys Kerry will lose.

Why?

Bush is offering simple solutions that ppl want to desparately believe are right.

Kerry is doing a poor job of explaining why those simple solutions, even if they may seem to be intutively correct, are wrong.

LittleMack 08-30-2004 08:06 AM

Not sure what is going to happen during the election. I was concerned when the Kerry girls were booed during the MTV video awards last night. That can't be a good sign.

Basic_man 08-30-2004 08:09 AM

Fuck, someone need to stop this moron !

Useless Warrior 08-30-2004 08:11 AM

Kerry is running, using the same philosophy as Al Gore. Which is, my opponent is so fucking stupid, no one is going to vote for him. Gore miscalculated our love for leaders who say everything is simple and everything will be ok. Fucking idiots.

Melody 08-30-2004 08:13 AM

The Bush girls were booed earlier. The Republicans no doubt had people in place to return the favor.

Kerry is going to win, simply because the devil will be in the details (and in the percentages) and there are more people who despise Bush than there are those who like him. The protest yesterday drew more people than the pro-Bush demonstrations in a city filled with Republicans.

<IMX> 08-30-2004 08:18 AM

First off, you're wrong NYC is pro-democrat as is the ENTIRE New England region save NH, ME, VT.

The devil is in the details, and that's precisely why people think a simple solution will work. They can understand it and intuitively believe it will work.

Gore didnt miscalculate shit, the majority of voters voted for him. Which is why Kerry will win. Nobody that voted for Gore will vote for Bush, but there are plenty that voted for Bush that hate his ass now.

NickPapageorgio 08-30-2004 08:22 AM

Police state soon...

Melody 08-30-2004 08:24 AM

But the city is packed with Republicans now.

Actually, given the anger of the opposition, the status quo had best hope for a Kerry victory.

crockett 08-30-2004 08:26 AM

if he loses it will damn sure be a rough 4 years. I do not look forward to another 4 years with our current moron. It's very sad but it still seems like a lot of people atill support this pecker head they call our president. All I can say is :321GFY to the sheep.

Yes they did, but the assmonkey Bush still managed to sneak his dumb little prick into the white house. This time, we need an overwhelming majority to vote against him. This way, it won't fall into the hands of the largely conservative supreme court to make a decision. Those cocksuckers should be hanged on Capital Hill.

But do those people that despise Bush actualy get out and vote? The organized religous fanatic sheep supporting Bush WILL turn out to vote. Will all those bitching and moaning about him actualy get off their asses and vote for Kerry. My fear is many won't resulting in another close election or Bush Victory (Close=Bush wins)

Rexk 08-30-2004 09:20 AM

I know many people who wont vote for Kerry because of his wife and her activism...while Laura Bush is a classy lady...once again...women rule the world..beware of the hyphenated last names ie: Hillary and Teresa

Come up with a 3rd party? There is a 3rd party. The libertarians. The problem is that they are not as well funded as the 2 major political parties. Not to mention there is the green party or whatever the fuck Nader ran with last time.

It just takes more people to get involved and boost the party.

Jace 08-30-2004 11:20 AM

of course bush will win, he is a cheater and a liar

jukeboxfrank 08-30-2004 11:27 AM

Laura Bush is a racist!!!

She refused to get on stage during a childrens fundraiser because she would not be seen on the same stage as a "black man."

Big mistake because the "black man" was P. Diddy :1orglaugh

cherrylula 08-30-2004 11:34 AM

If bush gets re-elected the people will light this bitch up. You think 911 was tragic, wait and see what happens if monkey boy gets to stay.

3rd party systems do not work out for the majority of voters.

Look at Canada, in this past elections only like 20 something percent of the entire country voted for the Liberals, but because the anti-liberals go support other parties and not another major party the percentage of votes gets so scattered no other party can win. One gets 15%, one gets 5%, one gets 3% and it all adds up to LOSING!

But its plainly obvious the majority does not support the Liberal party.

You will end up with a 100% Republican rule for the next 100 years if a 3rd party ever gained status because 40% votes for Republicans while you could wind up with a 30/30 split for Democrats and an Independent party. Although the majority of the country obviously does not want to vote Republican, they would win anyway because the other tards can't get their shit together.

Just like adult webmasters, we all want to come out on top and we all want our business to be protected, but no body will work together to get it done. :winkwink:

SykkBoy 08-30-2004 11:40 AM

I got phone spam from George Bush this morning...but it was a recording...that cheap prick....

Paul Waters 08-30-2004 11:41 AM

Kerry needs to ask the same question Reagan did:

"Are you better off today than the day Bush was elected."

mahoney 08-30-2004 11:41 AM

I think Kerry we will win with all the support he is getting from Celebrities and Rock Stars. You better hope he wins or were all FUCKED:2 cents: I am definatley going to Vote this Election

They miscalculated what big fucking idiots most Americans are.

Ah, four more Bush years... Excellent material for making fun of a monkey president and his moron voters! :)

SCORE Ralph 08-30-2004 12:38 PM

If I remember it correctly, the VMA announcer mentioned the Bush girls first, then Kerry's daughters. But the first ones to come out were Kerry's girls... so the initial booing may have been for the Bush girls all along.

benc 08-30-2004 12:41 PM

it came when they were being sanctamonious and saying 'vote for our dad' and 'shhhhhh this is important'.

But don't you think that the left wing is offering much of the same intuitively right simple statements? "War is wrong", "There are no WMD", "Osama hasn't been caught yet", "The country went from a huge surplus to a huge deficit", etc.

12clicks 08-30-2004 12:44 PM

stop that crazy talk.
Kerry will win in a landslide.

Power to the people! [raise fist]
